Great customer service. Foods delicious. Always come here for lunch when I'm in the area. Thai chicken pita is current favorite. The aloha is next favorite.

Delicious, but I came in with a coupon and the person at the register said he didn't know what to do with it and then stared blankly at me. I asked if anything could be done and he shrugged.

TERRIBLE!! Paid extra to have it fork style and they put it in a wrap. Was partly because of Uber eats app not letting me leave the type of bread option empty but it's common sense that if i paid extra for something I should get that and not the less expensive item... guy on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. Didn't give a credit or anything. #NeverPitaPit

Showed up here for a late night bite as their posted hours said open until 4 AM and the employees had closed up shop an hour and a half early. They weren't apologetic or even polite when we mentioned the hours online and asked if they were incorrect, we got a shoulder shrug. I will not come back to this location. I've had Pita Pit here before and although it's good, it is not good enough to put up with poor customer service.
