They don't even know how to cook chicken served my girlfriend raw chicken after fried it was pink in the middle

Kids grilled cheese is just provolone in a pita pocket? Make the menu item more specific please, as this is a significant deviation from the common conception of a grilled cheese....and certainly a deviation from a 3 yr olds understanding.

This is my tenth visit. All ten have been excellent. I go about twice a month and the food has always been good, hot, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

I have been eating here for 30 years. In the beginning there was an authentic family feel. Great food and atmosphere. A “hello or goodbye as you arrived and left. The food and atmosphere has been eroding in the past 10 years to today where I will say this is my last time eating here. The food felt like leftovers re heated. They forgot the signature sauce and said oops after finished eating it. I just assumed they cut costs and stopped providing it before I asked. Everything is measured from a bucket of pre made chicken, beef etc and reheated. I give this experience a blah 1 star as I would have done the same for my last 10 visits. Get back to your roots and find the soul of what was back when this franchise started. 1 star service, 1 star quality and quantity of food, 1 star atmosphere. This used to be a five Restaurant

Good burger clean establishment

Been eating here my entire life, 30 years ago it had a great family run restaurant feel and the food was always freshly prepared. There was always that “hello” and “goodbye” when you came or went. Over the years they have gone way down hill. Last night, we ate there and they were supposed to remain open until 8 according to their sign and google. They turned the open sign off and turned off the lights in the place at 7:40 while my wife, one year old and myself were still eating. They got an attitude when I asked for an extra dressing stating they normally charge extra for it which is only at this location and not at the other locations so huge inconsistency. Onion petals were burnt and over cooked, the chicken was super dry and just overall quality of food has gone way down. It’s still okay food most times but it’s the customer service that really got me upset this time around.

If you want good experience with service and food you can come to Pita Delite at Friendly Shopping Center. Everyone should try the pams combo!!!
