This is a great place to get a healthy home cooked meal, especially if you're trying to limit fast food but need to get take out. They have a selection of about 12 soups, homemade and fresh everyday, as well as salads, sandwiches and smoothies. I've been eating here for years on a regular basis and never had a bad meal or bad experience. They will give you samples of the soups too, so you can make sure you like them before buying. I highly recommend the Piping Kettle.

Fantastic food and good portions for the price!It was a bit busy when I went so the line moved a little slowly; it was the 6 p.m. dinner rush, so completely understandable. The ladies working the counter were friendly and kept up with all the orders.Definitely plan on going back.

My favourite lunch go to. They have about 8 soups to choose from and Turkey chili. Many vegan and vegetarian choices. Even gluten free bread.

Although this place may look unassuming it is surprisingly delightful. They offer a great selection of soups that are consistently prepared with quality ingredients. For some reason unbeknownst to me their frozen yogurt is also the best.
