Pinza!

By far the worse pizza that my husband and I have had from anywhere around the world!!!! Raw mushroom, raw tomato, dried chicken spiced with some sort of powder, absolutely horrific, we never write reviews, however this place just needs a true review from a couple of foodies and should be avoided at all cost!!!

Really not good very heavy pizza , lots of topping which was good but overall pizza was very poor

I usually order form Pinza! Today apart that the order was late but the pizza was not fresh.So salty and the tomato so acid.

Burrata salad is the best💘

Ordered The Totally/ Pepperoni, Tandoori / Spicy pizza. It not only looked delectable and delicious but also tasted marvelous.. Loved the topping and sauces. Very fresh and the delivery was quick and packed well.

Excellent and super tasty pizza! Truffled goodness is divine! Ingredients are super fresh! Crust is crispy to perfection.

Lovely place. I was there for a quick bite.Good food, Good service. Will visit it again soon with my family this time.

This is 2nd time ordering directly from restaurant and failing to deliver. After 2hrs since delivering still no sign of pizza. Same story last time. The app shows food in kitchen..: for 2hrs... impossible to reach the JVC brunch on advertised number. Eventually tracking the 800 phone number where they collect phone orders, of course on this phone number of they do pick up. They keep saying food is on the way... after an another hour still nothing. This is 2nd time, won’t be ordering again. Customer service not reliable

Please find attached and be informed I was sent a burnt Margherita Pizza this evening. The order was placed through zomato and it was the first and last time I ordered from you guys. Clearly this is not consumable at all and looking at your ratings I expected nothing to go wrong. Now I have not been provided with a refund but was only given option to replace. I waited an hour for it and you guys expect me to wait for another hour may be to be given a burnt pizza again???This is really disappointing and totally surprised the way this has been handled. Please make note it's not about the money but your company makes a burnt pizza and expects the customer to consume it?? No one checks the pizza when it gets boxed and ready for delivery?? How do you guys explain this???ThanksKenny

Very good pizza. The dough is crunchy and the topping are always fresh and tasty. Recently I find out to have gluten allergie and I think it will be very nice if you will add a gluten free option in your menu!

Two hours after ordering, still no delivery... the help line employee promised to make it fast and deliver in 15 min as my order was « overlooked » whatever that means..Well, 30 min later still no delivery. Great service!

-One of the best pizza in Dubai so far they somewhat remind me of rays pizza back in NY Yet with these prices compared to portion I highly doubt they gonna attract customers !Ps: Ordered their pizza twice thorough Zomato and on both occasions the pizzas came cold and had to reheat ....

Used to be one of my favorite pizzas in Dubai, but some time ago I ordered (order #6718830) two Pinzas (Pinzafied Margherita & Montuori) for a specific hour later the same day and they called me over an hour and a half before that time saying that the pizza is about to be delivered. I was not home and told them that I ordered for later, and that I will be home only by then. I asked them as well to bake a new ones as in case they keep those, they will be not fresh and warm anymore.. surprisingly they delivered me 1,5 hours later the same ones, they were not fresh and not warm enough pizzas. I had to bake them in my oven to warm up and they did not taste good anymore. Very disappointing customer experience, not ordering from Pinza ever again. By trying to save money on 2 Pinzas they lost a loyal Client.

All pizza’s that i have tried so far are just super delicious. Always 5 stars! Keep up the good work guys.
