Authentic Indian food. Both Veg and non-veg with a spice level for all people! Food was fresh and really delicious.

I don't have enough words to describe how much I love this place. Best goat biryani in Western mass hands down!

I’ve been to India and have lived in one of the best areas for Indian food in New York City, and yet this restaurant may be the best and most consistently excellent I’ve been to for this cuisine. Everything came out perfectly, with wonderful service. I’d consider going far out of my way to return here.

The best Indian restaurant in the entirety of Massachusetts. There’s not even an inch of space for a debate on that. The food here is authentic and the crowd turnout speaks volumes. We drove from Boston to Springfield just for the food. It’s a delight. Make sure to order more than what you eat because it’s convenient to use to-go boxes and get stuff home. We waited close to 25 minutes for a table and the food served made it worth the wait. Nothing less than a 5 star rating for the food here!

Every time I come to this area from Atlanta, I have to stop by Pintus, to enjoy the tasty buffet, especially the chicken marsala!

Was told my takeout order would take 2 hours, I was willing to wait because I love the food. TEO HOURS LATER STILL NOT READY and told it would be longer because the bar was busy. Unacceptable, Indian food does not take two hours to make, lost a good customer

Delicious lunch! The sweet lassi and mango lassi were refreshing and also served with a paper straw!!! Nice to see an establishment caring about the environment. The vegetable Pakora were delectable and the sauces divine. We had chicken Korma and chicken Tikka Masala with butter Naan bread and perfect Basmati rice! I would highly recommend Pintu's for your dining delight!!

I cannot even begin to explain the experience I had when I was at Pintus Indian Palace in West Springfield! First of all, we (my mother and partner) were offered Garlic Indian bread (what I believed to be, atleast), then we had Pacific Rim White Wine, and by that point, I was debating to myself if I even wanted food or not? Then we had, Lamb, Chicken, Shrimp, Rice for all of us and we found it very unbearable to finish our meals! The quality of the food and service was pretty rich, if you ask me. The food did provide an unset stomach to my mother, but we had spicy sauce(s) incorporated in our meals, and my partner had more of the mild sauce. We had a good hostess and a wonderful waitress who checked up with us, more than I anticipated. I couldn't ask for a better night, in such a long time. I highly recommend this place :))

The best Indian food in all of the North!! Their lunch buffet has lots to offer and is decently priced. Dinner is casual but intimate. Great quality food 👌👍

This place is quite extraordinary... located in Springfield, it would beat most Indian restaurants in a major city... not only for its food but also for its ambience... I’ve lived most of my life in South Mumbai and my taste buds are usually hard to impress. This place was a delight to my palate and would definitely come back here again. This place is expensive but worth the money for me !!!
