Pinnacle Bar

We went back like 5 times in the 2 weeks we were in New York. The food is just so good, our absolute favourite was the spicy buffalo boneless wings I could eat them all day. Pretty good price, could be super cheap if you make it. Sometimes just sharing a few appetisers was enough for us. The service was great too! And super handy machines to pay card right at the table, no need for a bill.

Sat at the bar and the bartender was great and very attentive. I never felt rushed to leave. I literally sat and watched an entire football game.

Gets five stars because of location,hostess was was properly dressed and groomed well . Seating area is spacious. The food was great. Our server was attentive to all our needs. Will definitely return and suggest to friends

Great service. Very little waiting time. Friendly servers. Very tasty dishes. I recommend them to everyone that loves great food.

The first time i went there was great, the second visit on saturday had a disrespectful waiter named Mike who asked me if my husband an i wanted separate checks. Anyone like us who is in a mixed couple relationship can understand, he was trying to be rude especially 2 minutes before i asked for the check saying we need to go to catch a movie WE. smh

Opens at 7am. I went in here to have breakfast before I went to watch a movie at the theater next door. I had cheese and scramble which was pretty basic. Bloody Mary was pretty strong. I had a buzz going for a while. Fast service. Convenient location.

Pleasantly surprised that such a big chain had such great and friendly staff. Our bartender hooked us up with such heavy drinks (in a good way) that it was actually too much for my lady and he had no problem sweetening it. An all-around great time.

Not really impressed. Decor is pretty 90's, service was average. Stopped in for a late breakfast. I had the Mexican omelette with bacon. It also came with small cubes of fried potato and pancakes. Food was ok if I'm honest and the prices were ok verging on good for central NY. Slightly irritating that a gratuity is automatically added to your bill (18%) and we were billed for a game the kids were playing on the tablet that was on the table. We assumed it was just a nicety from Applebee's but no, we were charged for it. Not hateful, but won't be going back. Given the number of other eating places around this area Applebee's really need to up their game.

Always a pretty good time when we visit this Applebees. Whether we chose to sit at a table or go to the bar the service is quick and the food is good. The bathrooms are clean!! Which is great for this Applebees being in Times Square. Will be returning soon.

The waiter was really nice... but the kitchen and the bar was really backed up... Our drinks took a 1/2 hour along with the apps, and the Entree... Everything was good but BOH and Bar service was slow.
