The place look nice. There is no way they are making the dishes fresh. We orederd baby ribs and got them after less than 5 min. Impossible. The pasta wasn't that good and the Salomon was really good. In my opinion, it is expansive for what you get.

Great experience. Amazing food and unbelievable pies. Felt like I was in a hallmark movie with snow falling outside and around some really good people.

Went 2 days after Thanksgiving. Lots of snow, so it was very slippery in front of the restaurant and in the lobby. Very crowded, not much room to wait inside. The employees were very nice. Huge coffee mugs. Like your own pot of coffee... The food was just "Ok". Eggs were not done to order. However, my husband got a piece of peach pie. It was not homemade. It was still frozen. If it wasn't for the good service, and clean restrooms I'd give it 2 stars. Also, had a gift shop inside. Didn't shop just walked by. Was within a cute old town on route 66. Gate way to the Grand canyon. Will try another place next time.

Service was GREAT. Chicken fried steak was good. Omlets were good. Pies are good too. Hot chocolate was yummy and coffee rich, strong with good flavor. Definitely will stop in again next time in town

Fantastic!! Great service, delicious food. Our waitress was superb, the food was wonderful, and you can’t leave without trying their homemade pies!! Whenever we come back through that area, we will definitely be stopping in for a bite again!

Visiting from out of town this place was recommended to us to try. The food was great and the service was pretty good too. Try it out...you won't be disappointed.

Had country fried steak and eggs which was good. Got a slice of coconut cream pie to take home. Coconut cream pie was alright.

Every year we head up to do the Polar Express and Bearizona and this is always are favorite stop for lunch. It's always super busy right in downtown Williams. The restaurant itself has a very homey feel. They always do it up big for Christmas with lots of decorations. This year the kids even got to add little colored ornaments on. The food is always good. Not the best you've ever had but certainly give you a nice homey feel like a little diner back in the day. I typically get some sort of soup and salad to warm me up since it's always much colder than Phoenix. My son loves this place though. He always gets an ice cream cone with his kids meal and let me just tell you that puts the place on the map for him. It's the little things. Overall, not a bad place. We enjoy the food and the service.

This place was the best thing about our Grand Canyon trip. The food was amazing, the service was even better and we had a party of 8. I highly suggest their pies but note unless you really are hungry and have room after eating the large portions, you should probably share the pie for two.

Nice restaurant. Everyone who waited on us and served our table had exceptional customer service. The fried zucchini was great. Our meals were lacking in flavor (pesto pasta and chx fried steak), but were served promptly, which we appreciated. The menu is big and after watching the pies and other baked goods go by our table, I can see why this place has such great reviews - they looked and smelled delicious. Next time we visit, we’ll be back and try something different on the menu.

Another first time for me. I give the pies here two thumbs up!👍👍 The key lime pie was absolutely delicious. Also the chicken veggie bowl was scrumptous. The only reason it wasn't five stars for me was because nothing else on the menu sounded good to me at the time. If you like heavier, homecooked meals, than you would for sure like this menu.

My husband and I are glamping near the Grand Canyon and ventured out for sustenance. We ended up at the Pine Country Restaurant as it was the first open sign we saw at 11am on a Saturday during the pandemic. We were not disappointed!! I’m an avid fan of Gilmore Girls. The burgers we got from PCR is EXACTLY how I imagined Luke’s burgers to taste! For $30, we got two tasty burgers, one with bacon, two pieces of homemade pie (yet to be devoured as I leave this review), and enough fluffy fries to feed a small country. This is going on our list of “must revisit when things reopen” because 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone passing through!!

It’s cute & very clean. The hamburgers were dry but otherwise very good. We liked everything but the automatic gratuity.
