This means we get inspiration from the convivial traditional bars in Spain, the busy street food markets in South East Asia or South America and the fine dining establishments worldwide. Picotear is to nibble, to eat small bites in an informal way. It’s the desire to try new things together with those you care about. It’s a way of understanding life, of living….of sharing.
