Pierro's Italian Bistro

Horrible. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! The hostess and some other girl were hanging out at the hostess stand for 45+ minutes. The garlic knows were disgusting. The food was horrible. The manager needs to dress like one. The waitress was good.

That was so great and the service was so good we paid and then we went back to the bar for drinks afterwards. 🥂

Traveling for work and restraunt was recommended. Amazing pasta dishes at reasonable prices. Hand made garlic knots are amazing and perfect amount of butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp was enough shrimp for two standard orders. Great food and amazing service. We were a party of eight and easily accommodated and even met the general manager.

James (I believe the head chef) continues to prove he has the skill and care to make exceptional meals - I always get the bone-in-pork chop and James always says hello and knows i love the pork chop. James always lets me know he will make the sauce perfectly (I suspect he always does regardless). Really a great meal. The service is always decent.

Food was delicious, staff was friendly. A great quiet date night for my husband and I ♥️

I spent 3 years in Italy so I was very pleasantly surprised to find authentic Italian cuisine in Fay. Their Pierro seafood pasta with white wine sauce is awesome, just like in Tuscany...may be even better because they put more actual seafood in it :)

The food is great but the restaurant is loud and crowded. This is typical of a weekend evening restaurant with high ceilings and lots of people so I wasn't too surprised. Overall, would recommend.

If I return to Pierro's it will not be the Hay St. location. The service we received was good and the food was delicious. Lasagna Anna Louise and white pesto pizza were our choices and we weren't disappointed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very dark for a Sunday afternoon and very loud (beside a large party and directly in front of kitchen). Upon exiting the restaurant a man sitting in the patio area approached me and then followed me to my vehicle. The same man was sitting there before we entered the restaurant. They have a signs that states please see host before taking a seat in the patio area. Therefore the staff should keep note who are patrons and who aren't. Allowing a person to sit in the patio area and be a nuisance to customers is not a great way to get returning customers. Just my opinion take it as you please.
