So nice to call a company, leave a voice mail for someone who is the VP of marketing and not get a call back. When put to his voice mail again, I hung up and called back, and the operator wouldn't give me to anyone else, but she did make up excuses about how busy they are. So I understand I went to a game on a national holiday that was sold out. I understand it would be very busy and the line would be long. What I don't understand is how as soon as I get to the register they run out of cookie dough right as I order it. Not only did they run out of cookie dough, one of two registers broke down making the longer of two lines cash only. Mistakes happen and technology can fail but the older gentleman working could only blame "the people downstairs, they don't help and they won't bring more ice cream and there's nothing they can do". I opted out for another flavor and I shouldn't have. It was twist and basically completely tasteless. I was really upset becausr this cookie dough ice cream is something I really looked forward to. I don't go to progressive enough considering I'm more of a pirates fan and PNC park is far better but I want others to be aware of what may happen.

This is the worst place I've ever delivered to I had an 8am appointment to deliver they sat me in a dirt lot for three and a half hours then finally told me I could go back to the docks I then waited over twenty minutes to get into shipping and receiving eventually I just gave up and tried calling them after them hanging up one three times I will never take another load back here

They have the worst ice cream cones I have ever had. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a box of 6 and they were not cheap. They were actually inedible, the ice cream was more like ice milk and the cones were so soggy and soft they were like sponges, gross!
