Ordered and paid online, arrived and order wasn't ready and and then the girl gave us the wrong pizzas. She then proceeded to insist we just take the wrong order and pushed them away to just take them. Had to go get back in line and request the guy make the correct order. I called to speak to a mgr and a girl answered, she said the mgr is busy what do you want. I said, I will wait and speak to mgr. She then says, "I am the manager what do you want?" I said, "You are obviously lying about being the manager, you just said he was busy. I will hold for him." She then relays this conversation to him because I can hear her and he responds and then she puts the phone on mute and then hangs up.

Always a pleasure coming here! Dillon, Ryan & Phillip (😍😍) were super funny & friendly!! Love the new menu look. Apparently the new plant based ingredients were a hit with my vegetarian friend! Food & service are always consistent! One of my Top 3 pizza joints in town

My order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be-I had to wait 10 minutes because they were “starting on my order...” Then I received my cinnamon goodness without the chocolate chips, so I had to have the cashier add them. The food was great, the establishment was clean, but the employees were not friendly nor accurate.

The place was so easy to find, so I don't think it's that hidden. Yelp definitely took over tonight because we were the only people there so that was awesome. The interior is so hip and full of meaningful quotes on the wall. Unlimited toppings sounds crazy but also amazing, although I would definitely limit myself to 2-3 max like Ted has mentioned. Ooey gooey Garlic cheese, thick crust --cheese bread - Butcher's choice, thin crust ( Yummy and crispy)- Fire grilled bbq chicken ( thin crust, sauce was sweet and tangy)*winner of the night for me. - Zesty artichoke (Surprisingly delicious and super healthy option)- Margherita da vinci (Delicious as well)*Hubby's favorite Spicy Italian (thin crust, red sauce, pretty good but last fav)Smoking buffalo chicken (medium crust, very very spicy, tyhe sauce was a little overpower other ingredients)I can't wait to come back and will definitely tell my friends and family about this little gem!

Awesome place! You can pick a signature pie or you can create your own pie and choose as many toppings as you want for a set price. It’s a really cool concept. The pizza was delicious, especially the sauce and the crust. The staff was very friendly as well. Great pizza place

Came in for dinner and was greeted at the door by the manager Darren. He was kind enough to offer his suggested favorites as I was having a tough time choosing which pizza I wanted most! Staff was friendly and place was clean. Pizzas were out in no time, hot and fresh! The Spicy chicken is really a good choice! Atmosphere was good, music played but not at unbearable levels. You didn’t feel rushed and there is plenty of seating. I’m a picky eater so getting a pizza personalized for just me is awesome and others get what they want as well. For a quick lunch or dinner, this place is a good choice. Will definitely be back!

The food was delicious. It was perfectly cooked and made to order. The service was excellent. We got free cheesy bread for downloading their app, which I did while in the short line. Personal pizza with your choice of crust, sauce, cheese, meats and veggies. Yummy. Coming back repeatedly. Dave

If you are looking for a reasonably-priced meal with a nice atmosphere, then this is your spot. My significant other and I decided to stop at this location for a quick dinner on our way out of Orlando and were immediately greeted by Daniel with a smile. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant even towards the end of the day. The counter was well-stocked and Daniel went above and beyond in terms of crafting our pizzas to perfection while also engaging us in conversation. Our pizzas were out within 10 minutes and tasted fresh. We have previously dined at other Pieology locations and similar create-your-own pizza restaurants and can attest that this location and its staff stand out amongst the rest.

Similar to blaze. It should be too much food for 1 person but of course I ate it all. Their house sauce is very tasty, the vegan cheese melted pretty well, and the bottom came out crispy. Very worth it

Pizza experience to a new level. You can make your pizza, with flavors and toppings you decide. Service was great.

Not great pizza. Crust feels like stale dough. Minimal sauce. Was kind of like eating a poorly made pita themed pizza. Small size too, so it can't even compete with a dominoes/papa johns if you go quantity over quality.Go to a local place 1st or Blaze Pizza if you want fast. Will not go again.

The pizza is delicious, you can choose the ingredients as you like and also the thickness of the pizza. I've tried two pizzas and can't complain. WARNING, the spicy chicken and spicy sausage taste good but made me sick for a day. WARNING #2, the plantain chicken taste like dog food, I don't recommend it.

The pizza here is always good and affordable! They have a lot to choose from and I can build my own. Sometimes the dough is a little too soft and not crunchy enough to my liking, but other than that it's honestly my favorite place to eat in the town center

This place is so good. Took my family to have lunch and we had such a good time creating our own pizza and hanging out. Love this place!!
