Great selection. Build your own pizza. I loved the cauliflower crust.

First time enjoying this chain. Staff took time to explain sauces, dough, and gave their opinions. Very impressed. To my surprise, the pizza was great as well. I see myself being a customer.

I love the choices. I have the cauliflower thin with and was amazing. The mozzarella was fresh, the pesto was really good. And the seasoned fries were good. Service was very good.

I had the cauliflower crust. This is one of the best pizzas I've had! The service was great. Plenty of options if you are vegan or vegetarian. This is one of my new favorite places!!

We found the new favorite place!! Delicious pizza, and the good thing that you are doing your pizza. The stuff is very friendly. The beer is very good. You must visit that place.

amazing surprisingly good pizza. I have heard of it and as I am a picky eater it took me a while to order. But this is the best pizza i have had in 2018. especially if you like thin crust. I will make it a priority to stop by the place and eat there.

Not bad for an individual pizza place.

Box came opened, with no attempt to be folded at corners and closed. A ant was crawling around in the damn box. Completely unacceptable! My first and last time ordering here. Save your money and go elsewhere

Disappointed! Gabriela seems to hate her job, she is always rude. Two times I picked up my order, crusts were burned and I was told by employee that's how pizzas look like. Not to mention their manager, his gloves were broken and he dipped his finger in sauce and then spread it on someone's order. Their team always tells me something new regarding their special 2x$15, why not to train your staff.

The most obvious comparison to Pieology would be Blaze Pizza. It's quick and easy counter service with a couple neat features like a thick crust option and spicy chicken as a topping in addition to traditional fare. Not afraid to make sure their pies have a crust with bite no matter how much you pile on.Management seems like they genuinely care about business and customers, but the process is hardly a well oiled machine. Some work is still needed in simply getting the pizza down the line and into the oven more efficiently. The pans they serve pizza with are the ones with the holes at the bottom which I'm sure is great for crust, but leaves your area greasy and unappealing to be sitting around.
