Great place to grab a quick pizza. Assembly line preparation much like a Subway sandwich. Baked fresh and it's hot when it hits the table. Good selection of toppings. Friendly staff.

We love eating at Pieology and since our girls have gluten and dairy allergies, it’s the only pizza place we can find that can make a wheat and dairy free pizza- and it tastes great too! They always treat us right, and Jason makes sure we don’t have any flour or regular cheese anywhere near our pizzas. He really goes above and beyond and is so friendly to us and others. Simply the best!

Heard they had vegan options but had a hard time understanding what was what there. We ended up trying something fairly basic and the crust was good. I think it's great they are offering vegan options I do think the staff need to be more knowledgeable though.
