The creamiest ice cream I've had outside of Florence, Italy. They even have on-site parking. Go there. You have no excuse not to.

Great little place! They make some tasty ice cream to order using liquid nitrogen. The kids loved to watch. We'll definitely go back again!

Ice cream is very smooth, made to order with nitrogen. Does take a long time to make though since it’s made one at a time which can be a problem if there’s a lot of people there. Somewhat expensive too for the amount you get ($4 for the smallest size).

Yummy!! Creamy, dreamy ice cream that is not too sweet. They store the cream as a liquid and mix it with liquid nitrogen to turn it into ice cream. Tried the chocolate, strawberry and banana. Amazing! The staff was friendly. It was a bit warm inside the store, but not a deal-breaker.

They catered our church's team night and it was amazing! They literally set up shop and made ice cream for almost 150 of us. Cool to watch and even better to eat.

Sure it's expensive and the flavor choice might smaller than Mitchell's or not as exciting as Jeni's, but there's something magical about watching the ice cream be made in front of your eyes. Clouds from the liquid nitrogen hover briefly to whet your appetite as the mixer creates your unique dessert. The end result is silky smooth in a way that isn't matched anywhere else.

So fresh and good! Looking forward to a return trip. The kids and I had decadent chocolate silk and customized each with a different topping (nuts, Reese's pieces, mochi).My wife had strawberry.
