Piazza Gavi

Excellent food. Would have gotten 5 stars if the waiter would have told me about the specials.

Very meh. It was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had and the dinner salad was boring. My friend’s salad was pretty good. The service was a bit slow but good. We were seated on the patio and the heaters were great but there was a big whole in the patio plexiglass—kinda tacky. Inside the restaurant it was very loud, so the patio was a better option for us. The staff were very nice to and tolerant of the three active children in our party but I wouldn’t really call it a kid friendly place.

Service was excellent.Specialty dishes were excellent, especially the sauces on them; it was the perfect blend of flavors.Wine was excellent.

This place has been wonderful for a very long time. Visited on a Friday evening and surprisingly as busy as they were served us very quickly. I wish they were still in Ft Hills Mall !

Fantastic lunch. Excellent food. Five star above-excellent service. Don't let the front of the restaurant fool you --- the food and service was outstanding. The day we were there they had a special with half of an entree, a salad, and a glass of wine for one reasonable price - you got to select your entree from any of the many entrees on the menu. Great marinara sauce and nice and quiet lunch

Absolutely fantastic food and service. Authentic Italian cuisine. A little cramped when crowded and a little loud but that's because people are enjoying their visit. Private heated patio areas available, so great for small group parties. Hadn't been in years since it was at broadway and kolb. Much better now in new larger building. We will definitely be back alot more often. Great place to take out of town visiting friends.

Recently ordered take out during Covid-19 and very impressed with service and food. All staff had masks and gloves and food was carefully wrapped, hot and tasty as ever in our home kitchen. Thank you Gavis!!!!

So we came back, with my Dad in tow as he wanted "good old school Italian" and that is exactly what we got! Service was fantastic, much better than our last visit. From start to finish our server made sure we had everything we needed.We ordered a number of things; all incredibly tasty - Spicy Shrimp appetizer, Cioppino, Scamponi Marsala and my Dad had his favorite... Spaghetti & Meatballs. He compares this dish to a restaurant he and my Mom loved back in San Diego that made the best meatballs. Well, after a couple of bites his face lit up and he said he finally found a place that is as good!We enjoyed our meal so much and of course capped it off with their amazing Tiramisu. Will be back.

It was a great place and one you could tell would be busy one the weekend, we did a 2:30 ljvh quite and very had had had sex on them, food portion s amazing and over all a great place

I ordered their first pizza with fresh pineapple because the pineapple option was not listed but waiter knew they had pineapple for salads! It was delicious!

We got carry out from Piazza Gavi which was very tasty. They have a separate door to the right of the main entrance for carry out. All of the staff were wearing masks and had things setup to help social distancing. The portions were very generous.
