Pho Tam's Restaurant

Sandwich and overall meal was pretty good but there are better no-frills style options available. If you're local and don't wish to drive far it is a good option. Bonus points for repurposing a Pizza hut. Service was great in the beginning but as they got busier the staff seemed rushed.

Delicious giant portion of porkchop rice! The pho was ok with lots of meat and noodles. The porkchop rice was huge and flavorful, with juicy porkchop and sausage. The bahn mi was okFree parking lot, credit accepted

The food is so delicious and love that the place is family owned. Coming from Chicago where there is some great Vietnamese food, Pho Tam is amazing! Not only if the food delicious, the service is great as well! Everyone is so nice and friendly! I highly recommend it!

The food was great, we came a little late, and even talked to one of the chefs after when they were closing up, everyone was extremely kind. If you plan on eating here, all I can say is to bring an empty stomach, because Pho will absolutely fill you up.

The food is really quick and customized to order. The ambience is nice and clean. The TV playing music is a nice touch.

Stopped in for lunch never having dined in Vietnamese cuisine. Had the spring rolls and Bún Bô Hué. So good!!! Unbelievable fresh cold and crisp spring rolls. The soup is spicy but very tolerable. Has a Vietnamese sausage and roasted beef in it. I highly recommend and will return!!!

Wow! On our way home, musing over where to stop for a late lunch, my friends and I thought soup would warm us up. So we turned into this cute restaurant, Pho Tam. Inside it was very clean and pretty...brick walls, green trim, traditional paintings. The staff was fast and so polite! We had our food within 10 minutes of ordering! All of us got different kinds of pho. Mine was oxtail pho with tendons and rate beef slices. The soup came in the biggest bowl I've ever had sat in front of me! All of us loved our food, and stuffed ourselves....and all of us had enough left that we packed leftovers. Thank you Pho Tam for the nice lunch and I really liked your iced coffee!

Great broth, good selection of meat! Really sizeable portions. Honestly one of the best pho places in the Chicago area!

Food was good and the place was full. But they did not have enough servers. The wait was extremely long before we could even get our order in. No water refills. Good food but they need to hire more help.

I liked this place. I had chicken pho and it was good, I had to take half of it with me as the portions are huge at this place and it costs like $9-$10. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back.

Absolutely incredible bowl of beef noodles. The noodles and beef were delicious and refreshing, and the broth was incredibly deep in flavor but also well balanced in spiciness, sourness, saltiness, and oiliness. Great food presentation and atmosphere make this a great place for a date too. I'm glad though that I went alone, because I slowly finished my bowl to the very last drop of broth! My only complaint is the music; while it's tranquil piano music, it looped the same 2 minute piece for my whole meal.

Pho Tam has the best broth in the biggest bowl. I ordered the chicken pho and it was full of chicken & thin rice noodles along with green onions, bean sprouts, mint leaves and a broth that will entice you with its flavor. If you want more flavor, try a few dabs of hoisin sauce. My wife had the pork chop platter with rice & salad omitting the egg and adding Chinese sausage (extra). The marinaded pork chops were thin but tender and the sausage had a sweet taste. We both loved our meals and will definitely come back.

Staff super friendly and very helpful in suggesting what to order. We had the Pho and the asparagus/bacon egg rolls. The food were superb. We enjoyed our time here. There's also parking in the back.
