Ordered #100 no bell peppers like pictured showed meat was salty too much oyster sauce service was mediocre

They don't look carefully of the food it hav something on top cleaning brush on my food. And I ask the girl change .too 👎 firstime in here to gave them bad reviews

Best Pho in town! I have tried many places in Tracy and this is the best and they give generous portions compared to other establishments.
