Pho Nam

Where do I start? I was so happy when I moved into Acadia and had a Vietnamese restaurant down the street from where I lived.... I was quickly let down. The food is always served warm not hot which makes me wonder if they microwave and serve their food. The condition of the restaurant is grimy and almost always empty. But what made me stop coming here was actually catching the 2 ladies who work at the cashier bad mouthing me in their native tongue. Just because I'm caucasian doesn't mean I don't understand Vietnamese.... just saying. I never felt so disrespected that I won't be coming back- EVER!

Nasty food! So expensive and the portion is so small! The chopstick is sticky too!

Good pho and noodle bowls. Very fast service perfect for a lunch break. Also leave full with healthy portion sizes.

Always great service. Great food. The staff there are quick to memorize orders and they remember you. So friendly and such good food for great prices.

Very disappointed as we just moved to the neighbourhood and was hoping this would be our new Vietnamese spot. We ordered for delivery and I wish we had been there so we could have sent the food back. The beef satay soup was so salty and fishy it was inedible. The salad rolls were falling apart. My husband enjoyed the pork on rice but has definitely had better.

So far, the best in Calgary. The price is reasonable and the portions are great (sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't​ just share a plate with my gf instead of ordering two). Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Very kind staff, authentic traditional tasting food and great prices. Definitely recommend for any pho enthusiast or the casual diner

We ordered to take out. Noticed the restaurant was not very clean at al. The blinds had sauce stains all over them and dust and dirt. You could see the water marks on the table from being wiped by what was probably a dirty cloth. Food was ok. Pretty dry and bland even after putting fish sauce on my beef vermicelli. Won't order from here again. Much better choices out there

Great food! Always hot and fresh , love their vermicelli bowls and pho noodle soup. Definitely must try even if you think you wouldn't like Vietnamese food.

Bubble tea was delicous and a good price for such a large quantity!

My Favorite Vietnamese food restaurant in the South area! Very friendly owner and staff, excellent food plus prompt service. What more can one ask for ?! Come and enjoy. Merry Christmas.

Pretty tasty, but the rice to meat ratio was very high. I had the 4 meat special with rice. There was a bit of beef, 2 shrimp, 2 pork patties, and 2 mystery meat. A rather small amount of meat but a lot of rice to fill up on. A little expensive too.

The food and service were good and the restaurant was clean. My only complaint is that they charged by the glass for pop (rather than unlimited refills).

my server was rude and The food tasted like leftovers. They're dishwasher needs to be replaced as the dishes I had were so dirty I made them replace a few of them. I had to clean my cloths 3 times to get the smell of the restaurant out of them.
