The inside of this place looks like it may have once been office space. Maybe a place that sells insurance. Now they serve a great bowl of Pho. Also, try the fried tofu.

I first came here 2 years ago and was impressed by the food. Today I found myself back in Utica and had to come again, and they did not disappoint! Good food, super fast service. Waitress said the N11 was famous, and I see what the hype is about

Incredible food and wait staff (Jackie) & its an easy 5 stars.So damn good. Drunken Noodles are on point but I’m slowly working my way through the menu. This vermicelli / curry dish is fantastic!!Go, check it out.

Pho Mekong is a hidden gem in Utica NY. Great pho and Vietnamese food! Free hot tea with each meal and all about the food!

Pho broth was amazing! The food was delicious and at a great price! Would definitely come again. Server was very sweet and nice.

This place is great. Everything I've had has been really good, the service is fast, the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, and the staff is friendly. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Utica and one of my favorites in all of CNY.
