Questions & Answers
Not many. One of the mains (com chay, rice with vegetables) doesn't seem to have any animal products. They may be able to make small changes so some dishes for you, e.g. the fresh spring rolls would be vegan is the egg is left out.
Yes, you can, but if you go alone or with 2 or 3 persons, don't need it
