This is my go to Vietnamese place when I come to Philly. Right next to convention center and ready Terminal market. Pho here is delicious and service is quick and friendly.

I absolutely adore this place and stop every year during the flower show. They have amazing Pho with tons of different varieties. Pho Cali also has great drinks like Vietnamese coffee.

My son grew up in this place. When my wife was pregnant now he's 1 year and six months in the last two years I've been here 400 days I love it only 2 bad experiences !!

The best Pho in the Philadelphia area. I've been going there for 11 years now. Fast, fresh and delicious every singe time.

I came here on my way back from dmv. The space looked nice, and I saw two African American folks eating there so I figured they were friendly and would taste ok for me . I ordered a Well done flank steak pho and paid cash, then sat to wait for food. I noticed despite not asking for it, my food was bagged to go instead of served where I was sitting. I brushed it off as maybe they were closing and decided to eat at home. Well I got home and I’ve repoured my broth and noodle/beef mix and sprouts and as I’m eating I notice the dogs do look strange. Idk how many I ate or how many were in here but there’s some kind of bug in my food and I’m highly stressed about it. According to google the structure is digestible and I should be safe but the size makes me wonder if it was a small beetle or bedbug?
