First time here as I visited the area for a work trip. I found Phil’s on Yelp, and I am so happy to have visited. The two of us ordered about 6 people’s worth of food for a late afternoon “snack” / early dinner. All the seafood I tried were fresh and delicious. The portions were generous. Overall prices may seem a bit high, but keep in mind this is large portions fresh seafood. My only regret is not having a larger stomach to taste more dishes.

Great food served very fast for the number of customers. Parking is difficult so be prepared to walk a ways. Worth the walk.

This place dose not disappoint.i mean we showed up at noon on a beautiful Saturday at the coast. It was packed line out the door and before we knew it our order was taken. Our food was hot fresh and very tasty, the cocktails were also very good. Service was spot on despite how busy they were. We will be back!!

The Cioppino is real good, and seemingly endless. And be aware that I can eat a lot, but the Cioppino, as is most of the food here, is closer to 2 servings than 1.

definitely on the expensive side but still really solid. cioppino was the absolute star - especially the crab. not the crustiest sourdough bowl, but the clam chowder itself was creamy, satisfying, and despite ordering the smallest size - unfinishable. we got lucky with beautiful weather and got to enjoy lunch on the outdoor seating. just beware the seagulls!

Get here early to beat the lines and get a good tae. Yes that means seafood for breakfast, no that's not a bad thing. The oysters are outstanding. If you're lucky you get to sit next to the ocean while you them. Definitely a place for the seafood lover, as they don't serve much else. They also have a seafood market.

Cool little fish market and restaurant near the water. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Was very busy when we were here with a long line...but the line moves quick and the food came out pretty fast. Food was pretty good. Worth a stop if you want some seafood and a beer after the beach.

Getting here at night feels like you're going the wrong way into a sketchy alley in an industrial area, but the food here is worth it. Inside is clean and well lit, and they have heaters for the semi-outdoor seating.I don't usually eat fish, but this grilled ahi tuna was truly amazing, so much that I may consider eating fish. The fish was very moist even though it was grilled, and was not dry at all. Adding some lemon juice completely transformed the taste, from delicious to amazing!Although the price is a little high, I would definitely come here again and try other fish!

Clam chowder was awesome. Totally surprised me when it came out and had the soup totally spilling over the top. I would have preferred the sourdough bread to have a bit more sour bite to it but overall, it was very good. The seafood pasta with the bay shrimp was very buttery. My wife really enjoyed it. Parking is a bit difficult here. Try going on an off hour.

The best sea food in Cali. Cappino is excellent like thick tomato sauce accenting the fish clams mussels calamari and shrimp. Cooked with dill to datisfy the picky non fish eaters. We also had a swordfish steak. The salads were hearty green crisp and fresh. The french bread was filling giving you more excuse to eat the real butterWe drive from 30 miles east of Sacramento just to eat there when the call of fresh sea food fits our craving. This is the place.

Well normally Phil's fish market is the place to go when you're in the mood for some excellent seafood, but last night was so busy because it being valentine's day and all! the food was not as good as it normally is , we learned a lesson not to go on special occasion days just so that we get what we pay for and not have to settle. Normally I would give it four stars maybe four and a half but because of the food yesterday wasn't what I expected you only getting 3 Stars. next time I go I will rate it again.

Almost always get the clam chowder because it's the best. Anything else I've tried has been delicious, too! Must try. Won't be disappointed.

Came here on a Monday, no parking available had to circle around multiple times til another patron left. Prices seemed higher than ones listed on line. The food was delicious. I had fresh grilled snapper with veggies "taco". Served in a flour tortilla instead of corn tortilla it was more a burrito than a taco. The flour tortilla got soggy by time spinach salad was done. Scrumptious velvety champagne oysters are always a "1 hit but I was disappointed they did not offer the "Baja oysters" they advertised in their online menu made with tomatillo sauce. The new England clam chowder was missing clams and lukewarm yet still flavorful.
