Freshly made pretzels on the premise. Many varieties to choose from. They got special promo on Tuesday and Thursday. Great customer service and no waiting unless you want something right out from the oven.

Let me start off this review by saying I love Philly Pretzel Factory's food! However I'm only giving this location 3 stars due to the fact I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 pretzel dogs that were already in the window! Employee told me they needed to make more and that it'd be 10 minutes, so I agreed to wait. But after taking multiple customer orders and replacing the dogs in the window, I saw the employee giving me the same two dogs that had been sitting there for who knows how long... I've worked in food service myself, I know the first in first out rule, but this was ridiculous!

When they let the dough rise these are the best pretzels around. But the consistency of the goodness is hit or miss. Just depends on the baker. But mostly this place puts out a good pretzel.

This is a great place if you are seeking great tasting pretzels in large volumes at a reasonable price. We picked up 20 full sized pretzels for $9! Wawa sells similar sized pretzels for 1.19 each but most of the time the pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory were made within a few minutes of ordering. No joke! I never had a bad pretzel from this place!

I regular stop by on weekends to get pretzels for my business. The staff there, especially Phyllis, are awesome and super accommodating. Fast service and there's nothing like a fresh out of the oven pretzel. Keep up the good work.
