Love Philly Pretzels, classic with just mustard can't be beat.

This is a Northern pretzel place. Don’t expect Auntie Anne’s. Delicious!

Just had them make a holiday platter for us. It came out great. I couldn't have asked for more. This is my third time ordering from them and each time was great.Staff is friendly and helpful. Small seating area inside.

Best pretzels in town.

I ordered online with uber eats. I got 2 pretzel dogs and a cinnamon twist. My pretzel dogs weren't cooked all the way and my cinnamon wist had mold on it. First and last time i will order from here.

Awesome customer service. Picked up a tray for the hubs birthday and they had everything ready to go at the time I needed it to be ready.

We enjoy our trips up to the pretzel factory. Our kids love the pretzels and we love all the different pretzel dip options.

The father and son owners are arrogant smug people for the third time going in this place! I like supporting locally owned franchise places, but not this one anymore. The older gentleman is better than the son (rude bald headed guy always out smoking). I used to promote this place to everyone at my office building because I love Philly Pretzel Favtory, but will not be going anymore.this could be the reason this it’s for sale due to sales from people no longer frequenting.

Party tray was awesome. Had a party Sunday for playoff games everyone loved the tray. Will definitely purchase again! Thanks Kevin !
