Small place but has many options. Test was great of cold coffee with chocolate and Caramel that we ordered.

The food was amazing. The staff was sociable and attentive. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.

Huge selection of ice creams, water ice. There is something here for just about anyone. Always long lines especially on nice days, but they move fairly quick. Cash only establishment, but there is an ATM on the premise.Pretty hard to snag a table but from the looks of it, there maybe a store with chairs opening shortly next door to the place. Like a small addition to accomodate more seating. They are open pretty late which is always a plus!

Great ice cream at good price. Only flaw was the lack of seating/atmosphere.

Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

I wouldn’t be returning here no time soon. They don’t accept credit or debit cards, the whole staff is teenagers and the prices went up tremendously. I ordered a brownie sundae and it was made so sloppy I couldn’t even eat it. Never again

Always a good place to visit on those warm summer nights for a cool treat.

The best water ice and ice cream around.

I’m not sure if it’s just me... or has the manager gotten rude over the years🤭 I can’t believe that on a few occasions I’ve been there and he was actually cursing out customers... one woman because she didn’t want an ice cream cone due to staff taking too long, another was because a woman wanted another cone (just to name a few) and he was sooo angry, argumentative and using profound language I could not believe it and I haven’t been back since wow...

THEY WAS OUT OF IVE CREAM FLAVORS THEY DONT TAKE CARDS/DEPIT,,,,,U ONLY TAKE CASH MEANING U DONT PAY TAXES PHILLY FLAVORS IS BORING NOW TO MANY KIDS WORKING AND PLAYING THERE

Best water ice I've ever had. Seriously.

These guys take SOOO long & it's not because of lack of people. Only reason I tolerate it is because the texture & flavor is a cut above the rest. I love this place.

I seriously have no idea how this location stays in business. The wait is always outrageous, but it seems like it's because they just don't know how to move a line, not because there are too many people for them to handle. They're routinely out of five or so of the more popular flavors, and it's really expensive. The portions are really large, but they're so large that they're kind of gross. If another ice cream shop opened on Fairmount where the staff didn't have a surly attitude and they knew how to move a line quickly, Philly Flavors would go out of business in a matter of weeks.

Butter Almond actually had pieces of something that resembled butter and tasted like something quite synthetic! Not good at all. Only a few ice cream flavors available. Actually did not have chocolate ice cream!! They did take the "butter Almond" back and replace with chocolate soft serve in the same cone.
