P.F. Chang's

Friendly service. We tried to eat there a week ago, only to be told they were booked up from reservations for the next hour and a half. We didn't realize they took reservations. This weekend, we went in later, about 10:30, and there were only a few people dining. The host and the waitress were very friendly. We love the lettuce wraps, and have them as an entree. Delicious! The food did not disappoint.

This is the worst PFChangs I have ever been to. I would give it 0 stars for customer service. The first time I came to this location, all of our food was cold. The second time my boyfriend and I were sat, and then no one came to greet us at our table for 15 minutes. The food was cold as well. Decided to give it a third try, and waited an hour for my take out order when I was told it would be 45 minutes. When my food was brought out, there was not $17 worth of chicken for my entree. Since I’ve been to the restaurant many times before, I asked the manager for more food because I knew the usual entree serving size. He refused to give me more food, only offering me a refund after I complained longer and demanded one. I am extremely disappointed, and will never be coming back to any of their locations because of this problem.

Was just @the Grand and Wabash location is downtown Chicago the day before Thanksgiving. Love P.F. Chang’s! It’s been my favorite since I was introduced in 2003!

Do not order carry out from here. I ordered carry out waited twice the amount of time I was told for my order. Which means I waited 40 minutes. The food is good so I gave them another try. I thought maybe it was a isolated incident. I ordered food for my family, I got to the restaurant waited double the time, I was told again for carry out.This time they forgot my sons food. I called the manager Cody Flesch. I was told by the manager he was going to send out “gift cards” plural for compensation.A got one card for a portion of what I spent. I took it as a insult on the opportunity, I gave them to keep my business, and I tossed the gift card in the trash.

An hour after taking my carry out order, the restaurant cancelled it for to being busy.

The appetizers were tasty but delivering the main course was sketchy. Apps delivered half at a time. Meal took three trips to kitchen. My sesame chicken was Kate, then cold. A rework of my meal was quite bland. Need some help there.

The food exceeded our expectations. Everything came out quickly, hot, and very delicious. They serve food family style, so for anyone that has never been there, that means that the portions are large and meant to be shared. My wife and I are cheaper than we normally would, so the price is very reasonable per person.

I used to eat Pei Wei on keystone every chance I got. I was told that PF Chang's was better. Pei wei's fried rice had actual veggies. PF Chang's is bland. No veggies. Not worth the money

First visit to this spot with a friend and our newborns. The staff was very accommodating and made a spot for the strollers during our meal. Food was delicious. Will be back!!

Ordered GrubHub from Changs for 3 people. 1 whole lunch order missing in addition to some extra fried rice being missing. GrubHub issued a refund because its such a cluster to get orders redelivered. Called PF Changs to complain- no offer of replacing the meal, no credits or even real concern for their oversight. Super disappointing experience. No longer on my list of potential dining options.

On the plus side, the service was very good, the lettuce wraps and crab wonton appetizers were also tasty and out quickly.Downside: I ordered the Pad Thai.. Bland and not very hot. Also, it seemed they were having trouble keeping up with the crowd, things were getting a bit messy in the dining room.It was a busy night in downtown Indy after a Pacers game, so I can definitely cut them some slack. Again, the service was good and the wait staff was really hustling, so on a normal night it is probably a good experience.

Ordered delivery directly thru the PF Chang website on 3/28. The order took almost 3 hours to arrive. Several items were missing, most importantly my 3 yr old daughters food. Quality was subpar. Called the restaurant and was told the full amount would be refunded. Have called 3x now with promises of a refund and a call back and still no refund 2 weeks later.

Was missing an entrée. Could not even get ahold of the store to tell them about it. Ended up having to send an email thru their app because I couldn't spend the rest of my evening trying to call the store. I hope to hear back from them so I can get my money back for the food I never received.

food was ok. local chinese is better. way to expensive for what you get

We use to eat at this location fairly regularly. Unfortunately, as time has passed, the service and standards has continually declined. Our unimpressive server couldn't be bothered to write down our order and failed to correctly remember it. It took nearly an hour for some of our like-warm food to be served. We waited longer for the rice. Silly us for expecting either the brown or the fried rice to be served at the same time as our entree. Apparently there has been a recent shift in managers. The kindergarten cop now running the place is running it like a Waffle House. We left and will not be returning.
