I felt like i went back in time with a wholesome atmosphere, great food at a great price, nostalgic, very relaxing...

I was a little skeptical about the place, with a lot of very negative reviews, and a lot of fake-seeming five star reviews. Here’s my take: local dive bar, with average food and service, priced appropriately. The interior includes a small table area in the front, and a bar with a few ripped-up vinyl booths in the back. No smoking, which apparently is a recent change. They have beer on tap, but Sam Adams is about as crafty as it gets.It’s definitely a local old dude (50+) hangout, all of whom are greeted by name when they grab their regular seat at the bar. They seemed like a nice crew, but I wouldn’t want to sit among them, despite being a fellow conservative vet.I had a reuben, which was ok. My wife had eggs and grits, also ok.I doubt I’ll be back, but if you’re looking for a place with cheap food, draught beer and plenty of screens to watch the Redskins, this might be your spot.

Inexpensive and delicious. Got the club sandwich and made something so simple come out real good. Friendly staff as well
