Pete's Pizza

I arrived at this location 30 minutes after I called over the phone to order my food for pickup. Once I arrived in the store I literally stood in there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged AT ALL, I understand the store may have been busy but I should have been acknowledged at the least instead of disregarded while they took phone orders over me. There should be a smoother system set up for customers to pick up food. Once I was finally acknowledged I discovered my food was done just sitting there the whole time and my food it was no longer hot (which defeated the purpose of pick up) and I had to remind the cashier to give me my pizzas that I ordered as he only handed me my order that was in a brown bag.

my son had a pizza & wings delivered and we came up short ....it was supposedly a 10 piece buffalo wing minus 2 wings...8 wings only....called the store a 11:09p no one answer the phone....conveniently they were closing at 11:30p....be careful when ordering takeout food near closing ...not happy .....
