If you want to try a really awesome steak in a restaurant of more the 130 year of history....you have found the right place!!The restaurant is in NYC style, with a lot of New Yorkers, so no tourist and no tourist menu, but a huge selection of steaks , that will be cooked in an amazingly way!!If you are searching for a very sophisticated restaurant this is not the good choice, but if you want to eat a real steaks in American style, your expectations will not be disappointed!!!

Just fantastic. Everything was great especially the service and the overpoured drinks. (The way they should be...you get what you pay for by the glass!) Service was impeccable...and we had a relationship with our waiter! Very good at his craft. The way dining out should be done.Great steak and great experience for my whole family.

Even with reservations you'll still wait.

Without drinks around 100$ per person and you can pay with debit card I would save my money and go somewhere else the porterhouse was nice but i had better and the side dishes weren't good at all The service was unpleasant (very pushy and condensending)

Yes. They have parking a block away from the steak House with restaurant personnel always on site

The Peter Luger Burger is available on Sunday for lunch. I'm not aware of any lunch specials in general.

I'd try after 5pm, they are open for lunch and I've never had a hard time getting a call through. If you are trying to get a table on short notice, good luck, the earliest seating I've gotten with calling a month ahead is 9:30pm FYI - They only take cash, lunch walk-ins usually never need reservations.

They do not.

During the week you can easily get a table without a reservation, but you'll almost certainly need one for the weekends
