Peso Bar

I have always loved me some Tortas. Michigan has definitely been lacking in the torta department. Peso brings more then a handful of different Tortas. It's a Mexican sandwich for the most part. The place is delicious.

Went out on a weeknight for dinner. Not very busy, but waited over ten minutes after being seated for someone to acknowledge us and pour some water. Slow service throughout the whole experience. Margaritas were good, but not stellar. Of the three pop up restaurants that have been at this location it’s our least favorite. Bring back The Huron Room!

Peso is the new spot for amazing Mexican comfort food with a variety of incredible drinks! I had the birria which was slow cooked to perfection and seasoned subtly. I also got a side of elote which literally melts in your mouth with every bite! The variety of drinks are truly endless....from the spicy but sweet John Kronk to their mouth watering margaritas, Peso is the place to stop for a home cooked Mexican dinner with a side of some amazing cocktails! A must try that you’ll keep returning back to!
