Persephone Bakery

One of the go-to breakfast/brunch spots in town. Just off the square, this tiny cafe is a cozy little spot on wintery days. Or take to the balcony on a sunny day and enjoy people watching. The coffee is wonderful and the food even better. It can get crowded quickly so be sure to either stop in early if you're the first to get up or wait a little to let the morning rush pass through.

We had the fig jam grilled cheese, kale and white bean salad, and two cups of tomato soup, and we barely stopped ourselves from licking our plates. Everything was absolutely delicious! Note: it gets very crowded at lunchtime, and there is very little sitting room.

This was the best place I ate at while on vacation in Jackson Hole. The menu is diverse and the food is out of this world. You can tell the ingredients are locally sourced. My wife and I tried regular coffee, hot chocolate, bacon and eggs, cinnamon roll and a couple other small items. Overall, it was all delicious. The prices were about right for what you get. The atmosphere was also phenomenal. It’s a beautiful place inside and out. I have zero complaints. The staff was also extremely nice and helpful.

Cute little bake shop turning out some good breakfast treats. Coffee was tasty and the breakfast sandwich I tried had nice flavor. The star is the bread pudding French toast which was to die for. Hot cocoa was a show stopper too! Don’t forget to try the bison sausage when they have it.

Seriously this place is amazing! We spent 4 days in Jackson going up and down to the Tetons and Yellowstone... we ended up at Persephone’s at least once a day... why??? The pastries are are incredible as are the small plates for breakfast... but for me... it’s the coffee! They serve Intelligentsia Coffee and do a great job. It was pretty amazing to find a third wave style coffee shop in the middle of WY! Very pleased and would highly recommend. Americano and Latte both on point! If you’re looking for great artisan pastries and specialty coffee this is place! Also... they offer blankets for those of us with not so thick blood ;) Enjoy!

The best bakery in town!

We visit Jackson once a year for skiing and I always look forward to stopping by in this gem to enjoy great food and warm drink. Once you get inside, it’ll immediately warm you up with its ambiance as well as nicely presented baked goods ❤️

Buffalo sausage was amazing. Madam croquet was great, with mind blowing bread. Cinnamon brioche was so buttery and flaky. There place was so, so busy though. Very crowded. Worth it, but hard for an introvert.

Found!This perfect bakery to either pick up coffee and a croissant or sit down for a fuller meal and long chat. It is an intimate setting and therefore a place to read the paper or have a quiet conversation. The baked goods are excellent and everything is prepared well.For more great reviews visit TheLoupe!

Best place to get bakery goods, breakfast, lunch, brunch, coffee in JH. It gets really really busy but we were always able to find a seat eventually.We bought a lot of take out to Yellowstone and even after 3 days they still tasted better than the Yellowstone local pubs.

This place is a must visit!!! Super tasty and fresh! The croissants are delicious. Small and very busy place. Tight indoor seating but outdoor seating available. It's pricy but worth it!

Prices are great. Simple a sweat. Perfect jackson breakfast or lunch spot. I got the breakfast omelette and was so happy with it. Tasted fresh and clean. Will definitely come back again. Service was quick and friendly.

We had the croissant egg sandwich with bacon and avocado and two coffees. Honestly, THE BEST breakfast sandwich I’ve had! Service was excellent and the ambiance was charming! Highly recommend!!

Had lunch at the bakery yesterday. Fantastic food. The best Bloody Mary I have ever had. Superb pastries. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this establishment.

I really wanted to love this place. The story of the founders, a husband and wife team is inspiring. It has a beautiful instagram-worthy shop stocked with the cutest things. Their white and blue packaging is so chic and they have four different croissant types. The service and quality of food leave a lot to be desired. The croissant was moist and tasted buttery but the consistency was more like bread. A well made croissant dough will look like layers and layers of thin sheets on top of each other. Check out Dominique Ansel's pastries, now that's perfect.The tables were all dirty or wet and no one cared to wipe them for us.
