Pere Antoine Restaurant

The food was good, in parts. We were expecting slightly bolder flavors, considering where it's located and it being southern/Cajun food. The service staff is friendly, but not as attentive as we're used to. The restaurant was full, though, so maybe that was the reason.

Visited while in NOLA, good food and decent drinks. Bit pricey but then everything is. Service was good and attentive however was not welcomed in and had to search for staff to get a table even though they were fairly quiet at the time.

The food was excellent. I was surprised considering it was in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The server was attentive and never let my glass get empty. This place is a must for both locals and tourists

Took my son on his birthday. The waiter, Terrance, was too drunk to take our order & then he told my son he wouldn't serve us alcohol because he looked drunk! We didn't even ask for it! Worried everyone else handling our order was drunk. So we left. Poor service.

Not allergy aware. Everything is precooked here, nothing is made fresh so they can’t make any modifications. Everything is cooked in butter here and they said they have no other oils in their entire restaurant.

Best reasonably priced restaurant I have been to in New Orleans. Great food. Friendly service. Nice location.

Stumbled on this place the day after Mardi Gras. Food was good and the service was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and super friendly.

Sat in the bar side for drinks. The bartender was friendly and attentive to us. She was great.

Worst service I have ever had. Restaurant looks and feels like it would be great. Food was served cold. Waitress never even checked on the table, and we had to beg for the check from multiple servers. Finally received the check, and just paid cash, because she still didn't come back to get payment. She blamed the kitchen and a large table after trying to bring us the wrong food. Just not a good time, and totally buzkilled our evening honestly.

Pere Antoine’s is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Quarter! I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is amazingly friendly and the food is outstanding. I highly recommend the Gumbo and Etouffe! If there is a line, it is well worth the wait.

Disappointing, I ordered jambalaya, yes this was during covet time soon after reopening, but for the price honestly hugely disappointing, I could make it better myself for one quarter of the price. The side of vegetables had no seasoning at all, and the jambalaya was definitely subpar. The bartender and hostess were friendly at least otherwise it would have been one star

This place was amazing. The food!! The little courtyard was so cute and it was the perfect time to sit outside and take pictures of course. The service was great. The food was just so delicious and so we're the drinks. Would 10/10 recommend
