This was a great place but their teas just not for me. Can’t knock it, it’s not gross or anything, just not something I’ll choose again. Staff was friendly and very courteous. Drinks were made quickly. There’s no bathroom at this location.

Unique boba drinks made with real loose leaf tea; if you're looking for boba made with high quality ingredients, give Percolate a shot!I got the Matcha Royale, which was pretty similar to the Strawberry Matcha Latte at Boba Guys. The layers of matcha, oat milk, and fruit puree make this one of the most aesthetic boba drinks. The matcha paired really well with the creamy oat milk and the boba pearls themselves had the perfect texture. Moreover, the fruit puree here is pretty unique because it tastes like a mix of raspberries, strawberries, and other berries and adds just the right amount of sweetness.The interior of this place is pretty small, but when I went on a weekend afternoon, it wasn't too crowded so seating shouldn't be an issue. The decor is pretty trendy and hipster, and the service is friendly.I probably wouldn't come out of my way just to grab boba here, but if you're in the area, Percolate is a great place to stop by for some tasty drinks!

If you go to LA and you love Boba tea I strongly suggest going to Percolate. You can watch them make it right in front of you and it tastes like heaven! Even though their high-tech ordering system may be confusing their options are plentiful. They have regular plastic straws, or if you like to save the turtles or polar bears you can get a paper straw! Their tea is high quality and they use real milk! They have comfortable seating and being there is very enjoyable! Go to Percolate!!!

You can get the glass upgrade totally for free. Ask the staff to wash it for you after you finish your drink and you can take it home and use replace your McDonald cup from 2010.

Serving fresh tea and coffee. I ordered a fruit tea drink. At $5, it was kind of expensive. The flavor was pretty good, but a bit on the sweet side, hence covering any tea flavors. They had many selections of mixed drinks, with milk, cream, or tapioca.

Some of the best milk tea I've ever had. The fresh-brewed loose leaf tea used here is a clear step above other milk tea places that use powders so it actually tastes like a premium tea. We had both a matcha milk tea and the earl grey milk tea; both were great but the earl grey was the highlight. I definitely want to go back and try out the other flavors!

Hands down best tea selection. Amazing coffee from a local LA roaster. And, amazing boba drinks. The ordering system is user friendly and extremely fast.

Cool place! We really enjoy the cheese tea. Sounds weird, I know, but it's tasty.

It's nice having a quality coffee and tea place right around the corner from your house--Percolate is a great shop. Many businesses have occupied this space, and I'm hoping Percolate is here to stay. Ordering is convenient: once you walk in, you just punch in what you want on one of the little screens, sit down for a short wait, and voila!--your beverage is served. To minimize my wait further, I usually order online before walking over. My go-to drink is the Vintage Ceylon tea with boba, almond milk, medium sweetness. Delicious!It's a cozy, quiet atmosphere if you want to hang out and chill for a bit. The employees are all great, and the owner is real nice too.

I got their signature cheese tea with additional boba and it tasted so so so good. I definitely love the cheese and it went very well with the fruit tea. The boba was also very good and believe me I'm a very picky boba drinker. I just felt that it was a little bit pricey compared to the price, but it definitely tasted very good!

This is one of the best tea places I have tried in LA I am so glad my coworker shared this hot spot with me. They make flavorful teas that aren’t too bitter and aren’t to sweet. It’s the ideal tea for me

When the owner is behind the bar making drinks and greeting customers you know it's a place to call home. I have been to both locations and I'll keep going back. The cheese tea is beyond good and way to addicting. I always get the earl grey cheese tea. This past time I tried the matcha royale which was the perfect mixtures and so rich in flavor. I think Saturday I'll stop back bye for some cheese tea to me it's there #1 seller especially if I keep buying them!

Ate a delicious fish & chips meal next door, decided to top it off with some boba. Was not disappointed by their featured drink list options. I got the matcha green tea drink, and if you're a fan of the authentic matcha taste, this will satisfy. My wife got the jasmine tea option and that was delicious as well. Definitely recommended.

First time here for dessert and our experienced was good. The place is a bit small and not that busy. The waffles we ordered tastes good with a very nice presentation.
