Always difficult to chose between the different pasta dishes and pizza. Both are so wonderfully executed. Best service. Congratulations to Zack on the new baby boy!

Better and a more upscale than you’d expect from just passing by. I’ve been here for lunch and dinner, I think dinner is the best time to go. This place makes for a cute date night with friends or someone special. The pasta dishes are all homemade. I’ve only tried one and it was delicious. They have a large selection of artisan pizzas that all taste amazing, I think this is what they’re most known for. They even take a basic side salad up a notch. The staff is well trained, professional and very friendly. We actually had a waitress-in-trainings and I appreciated that one of the seniors stood by to observe her for later feedback. I really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service.

Stopped here for a quick bite. I had the Bizz sandwich and my friends had the Meatball and the Peppino. Great sandwiches. Good service and friendly staff. Great time to go is after the college kids are all gone as it's a little slow.

Walked around the neighborhood and ended up wandering in - so glad I did!! The bartender/manager was fantastic, suggested a great Chianti and the homemade Pesto pasta which was amazing! I can’t wait to go back!

This was my second time going. Each time the service was great. The pizza is great and fresh. We had a friend mozzarella ball with spicy sauce, delicious. Dessert was excellent. The first time we were able see them making the pasta, this time we were seated by the fireplace.

Unexpectedly landed at this restaurant and it was a great meal. Hostess and server were super friendly and the food was excellent. I have already told a dozen people about the place and encouraged them to go.

Yummy vegan options. Friendly, fast service. Great atmosphere. Reasonable pricing. Quick walk from Marriott.

Came here once before. The pasta is really amazing, the taste in your teeth would be different.Really passionate service. Spirit and wine are also good.It is not located in the hottest area, so if you cannot find a seat, come here. The quality can definitely compare to those in the hottest area, but with much less people and therefore much quieter environment.

Sassy and disrespectful workers. Not helpful with displaying menus. Only has one size for pizza and doesn’t cater to all audiences. Also, too expensive for a 6 slice pizza. Pizza was good when hot but when it cooled the slighted bit, it wasn’t good. We were in a hurry and they failed to give us guidance. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Great white cheese pizza and the 4 cheese wrap/ calzone was very good. Nice quiet place to catch up with friends. I went 5 times so far.

Quick and delicious personal pizzas. Arguably one of the best pizza places in Syracuse.

Great service, food and atmosphere

Got a margherita from Peppino's. Friendly people, okay pizza. Paper Menu prices and actual prices were different. Crust was pretty tasty and well baked. Cheese was not evenly distributed, and as seen in the picture, how is this a margherita? Very little basil, no discernable seasonings. It wasn't bad, but isn't noteworthy.

Here's my beef with this restaurant. 1. No customer should be left to guess what to do when you walk into a restaurant.2. If you want me to seat myself say it with a sign. If you want me to wait to be seated, say it with a sign. If you want me to order at the counter direct me there with signs. Don't expect that I've been there before and know what to do. Direct me with signs.3. Your front of the house people are rude. If you care about your customers and customer service, hire a friendly staff.4. My pizza was slightly disappointing. My basil wasn't fresh and the bottom of my pizza was burned. The burned taste overwhelmed the entire flavor of the pizza. Otherwise it would have been very tasty.Overall bummer of an experience. The rude front staff ruined it for me.
