Extremely friendly staff, and great food! I do wish there was a little more vegetarian options either then that really like it.

The whole experience was great. We are very glad to have found this local restaurant. The food was great with a very nice presentation. They had "for two" options on the menu which was a nice touch for date night. I appreciated that there are many naturally gluten free options. They were busy but the service was still very fast and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and the view from the windows was above average for this area. We definitely recommend and plan to go back!

I was at this new spot for lunch yesterday with a friend. Wow! Friendly personalized service and terrific food. The fish tacos were superb and the sweet potato fries were simply the best I've had anywhere. The menu is somewhat limited at the moment because they are apparently taking the very smart route of building it slowly from a solid base. Highly recommended.

Quite authentic Mexican experience. Super friendly staff, nice and cozy decor, super fresh and great quality food.Only two issues are the horrific location and the high prices. I understand that the quality is quite high, but regardless the prices are too high to justify. Perhaps if they expanded the menu a bit to offer 2 OR 3 tacos?I might go back again, but it won't likely be in the mix next time my family chooses a restaurant.

We had an amazing time at this new restaurant. The wait staff while fairly new was friendly and helpful, and the owner came by to check on us. Food and drinks were delicious, we tried several different tacos and shared them. The kitchen was able to accommodate the fact that I cannot handle high spice levels - the flavor was incredible. And dessert! We shared all of the desserts and they were all delicious. Cannot wait to go back with my family.

Excellent fine Mexican restaurant. Great cocktails, appetizers, tacos, mains and desserts. Clean and modern atmosphere. New favourite in Burlington for Mexican.

Phenomenal experience at Pepe and Lela's. I had the chicken mole, crispy pork belly, and lamb barbacoa tacos, as well as the lamb barbacoa torta. All the flavors were excellent, and the quality of the ingredients was top notch. The head chef was incredibly friendly and was happy to discuss Mexican culture and food with me as well. It was really clear to me that he was really serious about his craft, and passionate about sharing it with others. A wonderful meal overall. Definitely will be back.

Recently dined at Pepe and Lela’s Eatery with family and friends and had an excellent experience. From atmosphere/decor to service to food ! Everything looked and tasted delicious and especially loved the homemade nacho chips and fresh salsa and guacamole. The menu had chicken, beef, lamb and fish options to choose from and offered a fresh authentic take on Mexican cuisine. Enjoyed different flavours of Margaritas and we also had a desert sampling which was also very good! We will definitely going back to this restaurant again and again! Pepe and Lela’s is a family friendly restaurant with a cozy stylish decor with great food and service and I encourage you to give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome! Perfect service and food. Tacos were all amazing. The shareable platter excellent. Try and go when they are serving the corn, it's very good but seasonal. And the chips with guacamole were a great starter. Our new go-to place for sure!

Love at first bite..........Selected a few items and all were created with passion. Every dish that we tried were executed extremely well, all were very good. A must!!!!! GREAT addition to Burlington.
