Great home cooking and the staff is friendly. This is a place the locals go to eat. Wonderful!! When we come back to LA, we'll be back

Local diner. Babe took care of us two mornings. She is a gem. I had a shrimp omelet one morning that was out of this world. Could be cleaner. They also made sandwiches to bo for our charter trips that were great. The baguette bread was fresh every morning

Great lunch spot. Home cooking. If your in the neighborhood, plan on stopping by...you won't be disappointed.

Friendly with good home cooked food

Sublime oyster po'boy for breakfast on way to Delacroix excursion. Make sure to ask for more hot sauce and gumbo file.

It was good, real ma and pop shop. Nothing amazing but a good place to eat. You can order food or eat buffet style. Great for families. Atmosphere is a little gritty, but not gross.

Really enjoyed breakfast. The staff was warm and friendly. Made us feel like locals. The food was simple but done well. We got lunch to go and the PoBoys were great.

It may be just the one time that I was there but the service was bad the waitress took out garbage then smoked a cigarette on the front of restaurant, and then came in and started serving food without once washing her hands. They were also more worried about talking to the people at the counter then anyone else in the restaurant and the place seemed to be very dirty. The only reason it gets one star is I had to give it that
