Great catfish but the price is too high.

What can I say. This place is awesome!!! My fiancee works for DEM electric and does their electrical work for them. They are all so friendly and treat him with respect unlike some places do. They are wonderful and you can't beat their fried pickles!!!

Meat was good but field peas and hashbrowns where way too salty.

I don't even know where to start... We went threw the drive thru to get dinner had a hard time trying hear the lady whom took our order. Sat at the window for a good 10 mins till we received our food. We get home and I check our food so that we can all eat our dinner. Everything looks alright, BUT where are the oysters? We paid for them but did not received them. First time for us going to this location. My husband has never had Penn's before till tonight. Well thank you so much for the bad experience we may not be going back ever again. I sure wish the location was still there at holly bush....

Such a RIP off. I'll never go back. Took forever at drive through. Got home 3 tiny pieces of fish, tasteless hushpuppies and I didn't even get the mac and cheese. Gen manager was defensive and unprofessional.

This is my favorite Penns location. Fast and friendly service. Hot and fresh food, cooked to order. Clean and well organized seating area. Convenient location, easy in easy out. Because its cooked to order, there is a little bit of a wait, but it's well worth the wait. Service with a smile every time.

I’ve always heard that Penn’s has good catfish so we decided to try them out on our way to the Reservoir. We both tried the seafood platter (catfish, shrimp, and a stuffed crab). The stuffed crab was great and so was the Comeback Sauce with it. They complemented one another well. I like my shrimp with more crunch but it tasted good. The catfish was good. But they leave in the dark strip, which I’d rather have removed. The fish also tasted like chlorine water a little. That taste can come from washing/thawing it with city water though. Some people never notice but I was raised on fresh, running water catfish and can taste it. The building was in good order—needed a little update behind the counter. The tables were clean though. And they bring you your plate and clean off the tables themselves. Good service. :) I would return if in the area again.

Visited the Penn’s today and we were the only customers initially. We waited 25 minutes for the food. We asked if we could get a drink while the long wait. We were told no then told the wait was so long due to being understaffed and that they mixed up the order. When we received our order the fries were cold and the plate was not a good value for the price. In addition, several cars drove off due to the long wait. We were told Jessica is the manager but was not in.

Great fun, wait is a little long but worth it!

The food is good. The customer service is good the prices are a little high but still just about right.

I ordered the fried catfish dinner number one with mac and cheese and turnip greens as my side. The food was delicious however I feel for the price of the dinner a drink should also come with it. 😋
