Penn Station East Coast Subs

Good food. Sometimes a longer wait for food. Nice staff

Back in the early 90's, when this chain was just getting established, they had a terrific product. I used to visit the Hyde Park location, and if you got there any time near lunch or even dinner, you'd be waiting on a line. The sandwiches were juicy, packed with flavor, and just delicious. Then I moved out of town for about 18 years. Upon my return, I was looking forward to that tasty sandwich. But they had changed their process to something that might be easier for production, however its less satisfying in overall taste. Still, its a good sandwich and tasty fries. While I wish the old option was still available, I'm coming here once or twice a month, so I still enjoy it.

Usually awesome we always go to the Anderson store but it's closed for remodeling so we went to Eastgate.. ordered 3 10 inch steaks got 2 6inch steak and a 8 inch chicken they didn't even have the right toppings on them... tried to call when we got home but they were already closed... guess will wait till Anderson reopens

Great place to eat. Each order is made at the time you order it. Fresh ingredients, friendly personal. Clean, plenty of parking.

I've always loved Penn station, although I wish they would go back to the way they made sandwiches when they started. Anyway, great food and service.

Everytime we come here, it's always great!! I always get a wrap and a lemonade. My boyfriend gets the 6" philly. With great food and friendly staff Penn Station is one of our go to restaurants.

This chain is my favorite for sub sandwiches and this particular store is a very good one.

Good food, but too pricey. A large sub, med fry and med drink was $20

Omg love love love penn station. The lemonade is to die for and I don’t even like lemonade! But I’d drink this stuff out of a homeless mans cup if I had to because it’s so good!

Order placed online 1-7-2020 , order was for 2 , 12 inch subs, 2 , 12 philly cheese steaks 1 large fry. Food was fine, learned about free small fry with sandwich. Called on 1-8-2020 asked for mgr. when mgr answered I asked name as more personable request. The mgr replied " Don't have to give this to you" Then asked about free fries was told you have to ask when you get order. The main problem was the managers response. HOW RUDE.

I have tried this location twice since moving to this side of town, very disappointed in service and quality. Same order teo separate days both wrong. Staff really doesn't care, even though they made sandwiches wrong. Didnt get it right in person or mobile order. Very disappointed in overall experience
