Matthew was who I was in contact with for one of our events, and I got the BEST customer service! He dealt with address changes, time changes, and even bumps in the road during the actual event itself and was so helpful. The SnoBalls were also perfect, especially on a hot, sunny day. Can't thank him and Pelican's enough for being so wonderful! Highly recommend!

The new spot is fantastic. The service seems to be faster and everyone is friendly. I love that there is better and safer parking as well as more seating. I love the options they have for flavors and it's always a great treat in the heat that we have here. I also appreciate that they open in March instead of just waiting till it gets really hot. I crave these during the winter.

Normally, snow cones taste like plain coarsely crushed ice with a hint of a little flavor every once and a while if you're lucky. Pelican's SnoBalls is different though. Their ice is crushed to a fluffy powder and the flavor is actually noticeable. Furthermore, they do creative things like providing the option to add gummy worms and other gummy candy to the dessert. Finally, they offer over 100 different flavors that can be combined in different ways to suit your fancy.
