Peking Express

For my first... and only time ordering I did deliver, I ordered on there website so that there would be no confusion on what i wanted. The food took more then an hour and when the food came one of my items was missing. I called right away and was hung up the first time, the second time they said they would send the replacement item out. An hour later... no item still... I called back and was told that since the driver wouldn't be getting a tip that they were not going to be bringing me my item and that I could get it next time.

Product quality is good, customer service is good, and general vibe is good.

Terrible restaurant. Called for a delivery order and the hostess refused after I asked to purchase extra condiments with my meal. She assumed it was a joke, and denied delivery. Never heard anything like this before. Ridiculous!

Place is closed

I order a steak and cheese with Tomatoes, Lettuce and Mayo and my co-worker order one with fried onions. When I recieved my food I realized that there were onions on my sandwich. Im allergic to onions. When I called back the lady was extremly unhelpful. Instead of her apologizing for the mistake, she tried to argue that there were no onions on my food. I am highly upset with my experience and will never order from this place again; nor, will I recommend this place to any of my guest.

I love this place. Try the black pepper chicken!

I wouldn't give a single star for this place. The lady on the phone is veruy unprofessional and rude. She refused to take my order because a week before I canceled my order. The reason I canceled my order it's the time delivery, I waited exactly an hour and 15 minutes. Very rude, disrespectful customer service. They should hire more people for delivery!!!I hope the work out on their way in handling their orders!!!!!!

TheWorst Place In DC the Building it’s Old and Broken Down. We waited 50 minutes for a lunch’s special of shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. The black guy taking the orders was Just A 🍆 . Please don’t come HERE

I called for a delivery and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude.

We placed an order online & it said it would take 45-50 minutes for it to be delivered. After an hour & 10 minutes I tried calling the number on the menu to check the status. The phone just rang & rang with no answer. So I tried the second number on the menu with the same results. I reached out to the online ordering company & they stated they had also been trying to reach the restaurant with the same result. They also went as far to call the owner & email also with no answer. They tried a few more times & called me back saying they couldn't reach them. Our food never was delivered & we were refunded after the business closed for the day. No clue what happened or if they're even still open. Up until this point I had never had an issue with them.

First off, there were roaches crawling on the floor when we picked up our food. After inspecting the food there was a hair fried into the batter of my fried chicken, and onions in the fried rice when we asked twice for no onions. And all for $20. Save your money, don't eat here.

Came in to order only a taro bubble tea and took almost 10 minutes. Was very shocked on the slow service especially having no customers and three employees. The tapioca seemed a little hard/old and it was almost $5 which seems way too expensive.

Call for delivery and they never came ._.

This place has the worst food I've ever had in my life. Period. I never write reviews for anything, but this place is worth warning people about. Food has no taste, not at all what you'd expect from any Chinese restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

Their website is completely aweful, if you want to use a credit card you need to call them. Very rude phone service and food came incomplete after waiting over an hour. When I called to complain they credited my card for the missing part of the order. The food that came was ok, though.
