Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Today, my family and I decided to go to PEI WEI. We ordered Kung pao chicken and Spicy Gen. Tso. With fried rice. Food was horrible we felt like we eat uncooked rice, raw Vegetable, and chicken. I will not recommend this place to anyone. From what we had that we like from this restaurant was drinks. I consider myself as a person who Purchase quality food for the price it deserves but in the case price is too much what served us. They don't deserve even a star, but that least I can give them.

My rating today is based on the inconsistency in the dish I order from one time to the next. I usually get the sesame, which is NOT supposed to be so hot/spicy u can’t even eat it as is today. I’d RATHER order the Thai coconut curry but of course was discontinued. Is Pei Wei spicing as they go or adding to a pre prepared sauce? Is it a joke by some disgruntled employee to overspice people’s food? I just started back eating here after having quit previously for the same reason

The food was amazing! I loved it. I have been to many places to eat Chinese food, but this one takes the cake. The staff and the people there was very rude. I felt judged and misplaced. People were staring and the staff had no manners. I would have given it 5 stars if the people and staff were better.

Jonathan is the best! The service is unusually fast!!! No waiting. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all my questions.

Great location and for a Tuesday at 3:30 there was no line. Friendly cashier and not much of a wait for a beautifully presented teriyaki bowl. The grass fed beef was done to perfection, the snow peas, cabbage, carrots and onions were not over done and crunchy like I prefer them. Also the new cauliflower rice is awesome.

We came to this restaurant for lunch. we heard about this spot from a lot of people. Well, it was very successful. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.

Buckner Blvd. Dallas, TX 75218Food Portions are Getting Smaller, as well the Vegetables and Meat.They need to return to what they used be when presenting to us better dishes and a regular size food amount. As a client, now we can choose better options to buy food from other restaurants. They do not sell food the same as before when they opened 6 years ago; the food portions are getting smaller, as well the vegetables and meat. They do not use broccoli anymore on our dishes. They give us reduced small portions of hot sauce, the one that contribute to the flavor, and to take home just a tea spoon of hot sauce in a small plastic container. For the price we are paying for, I think they should serve us food in bigger portion and with more vegetables.

The chicken texture tasted like some kind of scarry meat!!

Some of the staff are racist. I have ordered online several times and entered the correct entrance to pickup my food with no one else waiting. As I stood there I was ignored. When a WHITE person entered to pickup their order they immediately helped them as if they never saw me standing there waiting. This has happened more than once. It was so bad on one occasion that the white guy they attempted to help said “He was here 1st” Yes. I’m BLACK. Yes I paid for my food through the app. This is sad.
