Pei Wei Asian Diner

I normally love Pei Wei, but we went on Wednesday evening, and my food was horrible! I always get the Mongolian beef with cauliflower rice. The beef was tough and almost impossible to chew. The pieces were way too big, and the sauce had way too much soy. They were not busy. They were extremely friendly, and I am hoping this was a one off situation.

Good quality ingredients. Good overall dishes. Clean and quick service.

Lately the food has been mediocre. Often served cold but can take a long time to come to the table, which doesnt make sense. Your food is served at a different time than who you are with so you will have one person finish earlier than another, or they can wait and eat it cold. It used to be much better there..

Good fresh food. The new individual size lettuce wrap is a great deal.

I give 3 stars because Sunny that took our order was very professional and have very good customer service. I would have given a 1 star but her service chaged my mind. One of the cooks was very unprofessional and was talking very disrespectful in creole because the food was given back to her, because the food was not cooked well done on two different orders. She should not speak like that in front of customers, especially about cooking customers food correctly. I will not be back.

Tried this spot before with a friend and I am obsessed since then. I love the great ambience and delightful food and drinks. Kudos.

Anytime I'm craving Asian food I come to Pei Wei! The menu has a wide variety to choose from, and you get your food in minutes. Very casual atmosphere (you order, take a #, then your food is brought to you) so definitely doesn't fall into the "fine dining" category. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it due to the quality, and amount of food you get. It's also in an area where there is PLENTY of shopping to do nearby. A GREAT place to pop in for a good, quick, and delicious meal!

The pork eggrolls are so good. I usually get the mongolian beef. I love the orange tea. Jason the manager is awesome. This location is my favorite.

This place is an absolute ship wreck! We ordered egg rolls and had to send them back THREE TIMES because they were frozen. Then 20 minutes later 2 of our party of 4 got their food. We waited another 20 minutes before before our server came over to see how everything was which is when I told him we are missing two plates. 10 minutes later he came back with one plate. At this point we’ve been here for over an hour and everyone’s food is cold and I’m currently still waiting for my food. The manager won’t even come out to speak with us we could see her in the back pitching a fit. The server just came and asked what rice I ordered! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Just want to clarify that the restaurant is DEAD! THIS LOCATION IS WHACK!!!

Ordered the pad thai, the noodles were over cooked, Stucked together with no flavor. Just look at the picture the food doesn't look right. Its never consistant here and ordering out has fail me multiple times, Dont know why i keep returning to this location. This was it for me.

This place knows how to please their clients. Constantly with a helpful attitude. The food is reasonably priced, always delightful and neat.

I don't understand the five star reviews here. We ordered delivry the other day and that was fine but the food itself was awful. Inedible. The chicken was gamey tasting and in big pieces which is weird in fried rice. After the meal my heart beat started pounding and i felt like i was having severe blood sugar drop and i am not diabetic. I hate throwing away food but i tossed it.

Chantelle all of the staff there is amazing they have Impeccable customer service very kind very friendly very approachable my order is always correct many and vegetarian options available but you do have to ask To be sure that certain items don't have seafood incorporated in it however it's always a positive and great experience when I go to this location I've also done take out before and it was great no problems

The girl that helped us was fantastic. Very helpful and nice. The food was so delicious and fresh! Very tasty. I will definitely be coming back!
