Fantastic Service. Mongolian Bowl with Steak, Chicken and Shrimp was off the chain good.

They don't have actual tea cups for their hot tea, so I'm drinking hot tea from a soda cup. This is my first time here and I'm never coming back. The food is good tho. Very hot in temperature. I got chicken ginger broccoli.

Currently standing in line, observing... this place wouldn’t be too bad if it had help. Looking at a 89.5 sanitation grade and a short staffed crew, and I haven’t even had my food yet. It takes a team to keep things moving and they don’t look very organized. Maybe once I eat this rating will change.

While the food is delicious I've had issues with the wait time. The few times I've ordered online orders for a later time my order is ALWAYS late and never ready at the agreed time. Usually a 15-25 min wait to get an order. Ex. I placed an order for 7:15pm pick up. I arrived at 7:16pm did not receive my order until 7:30, mind you I placed my order at 6:04pm.

Truly amazing Garlic rolls and margarita pizza. Totally busy place and takes a little while to serve the order. The food is worth the money.

Great service. Great food. Love eating here. Fortune cookies might be stale. Try one. Usually they're not though. ♡

I just love Pei Wei! The food is really good and the price is pretty good as well. I like the approach of ordering as you walk in to save time. The quality of food is fantastic. Just a great place to eat and meet friends.

Wanted to love this since I am a fan of asian cuisine. I ordered the Teriyaki which looked delicious and portion size regular was plentiful. Also, cauliflower rice was a fantastic option. Unfortunately the sauce is way too sweet, it overpowers everything and I could not finish it. My son chose from the kids menu, orange chicken with noodles. He enjoyed the chicken but the noodles were too spicy (for a kid). It would be nice if my review helped to change these things. No one needs that much sugar, please pare it back. Same with the spice for kids. Otherwise would have been a great meal.

There was a bit confusion at counter, I think new to job. otherwise good.

No Hair nets!! Website ordering vastly underestimates wait times. What should have taken 15 minutes took just shy of an hour and was so hastily prepared I had to be comped part of my order due to missing things...after waiting an hour!Lunchtime delivery service was great...but...without hair nets I can’t stomach it.

We had fresh and delicious food at this Pei Wei restaurant. Be sure if choose a hot, spicy dish, you understand that it will be 🔥and spicy! Most dishes were quite adequate amounts of food.

My family loves Pei Wei, however this is the worst experience we’ve ever had. The drink machine was broken, so we were charged for drinks, but could only have water or tea. Our food was sub-par and some of our dishes were made incorrectly. The restaurant was nasty and in serious need of cleaning and general updates. Management should be fired because they are not doing their job at this location. We will not be back.

We consistently have a good experience as eat-in customers. Wait is not too long, food is good and fresh and I appreciate the options like cauliflower rice. Take out if unfortunately a different story. It often takes much longer than they say it will, and it seems very disorganized in general. I do recommend this place, but eat in if you can!

Food was ok. Sweet and sour chicken was not as good. Menu has vegetarian options. Restaurant is clean and good environment. Food is cooked fast. Didnt wait long. Great spot for lunch with colleagues.
