excellent steak house. Great service. Large portion sizes. Pricey but worth it for a nice meal or special occasion. All entrees come with soup and salad bar. Good wine selection.

What a wonderful place. Been here a bunch and it is so consistently good. Had a absolutely outstanding server tonight named Addie! Made a great experience even better.

Great service, all the staff looks out for your table. Food was great, love the salad bar and prime rib was cooked perfectly. We came on NYE so you know they have it together when you eat this kind of meal all in less than an hour. Highly recommend, definitely coming back.

I had Prime Rib, it was cooked perfectly and was a very good cut of meat. Service was outstanding. They have a fabulous salad bar and the French onion soup is very tasty.

Best steakhouse ever! Steaks are cooked to perfection, literally will melt in your mouth. Servers are amazing and nice. Never seen a glass go empty. 100% recommend

Don’t go there often, once every few years to see if any improvement. I can stop checking. Last visit several months back. Our steaks weren’t carved at the table, no trolly from which to choose for us. I ordered a ribeye and my wife ordered a sirloin. We were served the two of the least attractive looking cuts of meat, looking as though they were in through a clothes wringer, plus they got my wife’s order wrong—they brought her a sirloin too. Unseasoned, taupe, but warm. Don’t understand the attraction people have for this place. I guess they like the salad bar, and the self serve French onion soup (which was sorely lacking in onion).If you want a steakhouse, Outback nearby in Blowing Rock is far far better in terms of food quality, service, and value, and easily worth the 15 min. drive south on US-321.My two cents

Had my wedding reception here. The room was a little small but that was the only draw back. The, manager, Tristan, was great. He went above and beyond to be sure everything ran smoothly and it did. The wait staff was equally as good. There was approximately 25 of us and the food was prompt and every order was correct.

Nice local restaurant for great hand cut steaks that are cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy it's a nice place for date night, families or friend get togethers. The salad bar is incredible has everything imaginable. The staff is friendly. A must go to. I would suggest reservations especially on the weekends this place is always packed..Enjoy..

The steaks were great and a very nice salad bar. The service was not very good. I dont understand the reason behind the peddler which you order your steak from. They do not cut it in front of you so this seems like a wasted step and time.

Well the service was amazing, but that is all that was. Will not go back again. Expected better quality out of a $40.00 steak. Not the best quality and both steaks were not cooked properly. Great variety on the Salad Bar

Wonderful atmosphere!! The waiter staff and chef is amazing. Hands down the best steak in the area as well as salad bar. A little pricey but it is well worth the money you spend.

We went here for my birthday. We had a lovely waiter, and the salad bar was excellent, with caviar, lump crab, and smoked oysters. The soup is always French onion.I had a surprisingly delicious cocktail, which was reasonably priced.I also had the toughest rib eye I’ve ever eaten, which was a disappointment. I looked forward to the meal for over a month. It was a bit bland and extremely chewy. It became a $20 dog meal.In addition, some woman kept refilling my water even after I asked her to stop, which is a personal pet peeve of mine.

Cool place. I was able to eat here as GF vegan from the salad bar. The rest of the family enjoyed the normal menu, including carbs and meat of course LOL. The decor could use an uplift. 👍🏽💜
