Gorgeous views of the Smokies! Wonderful venue with something for everyone. Mountain coasters, tree top walk way, kids areas, fire pit, restaurant.... You name it! Glad we came! PS... Hospitality is unmatched!

Cannot say enough about this place!! I absolutely love it!! They have everything there, prices are good and you get to enjoy the whole facility. From food to dessert and games to a nice little shop they’ve got it all. I want to go back!! Service is great and the workers are very nice!!

A nice experience overall. Mountain coaster was fun, albeit a bit short. Wait for the coaster was long and not posted. Coaster staff was not helpful in gauging time. Everything else was very nice and fun. I would say it was expensive for what it was, but worthwhile for a half day experience.

I'll go everytime I'm in Tennessee! The way the incorporate nature and learning and the views. Exceptional. They are adding things this year wonderful. Well worth the trip!

This place is beautiful once we reach the top I was amazed at how much there was to see. The whole family had a really good time. I visited during night would like to return during the day on my next trip.

Just wanted to give a shout out and say thanks to All the staff who run the Gondalas. My husband has a leg brace and the staff were very accommodating in assisting him get off safely. A special shout out to David who gave him a chair to sit in while we were waiting in line in the snow to head back down the mountain! We’ll see ya again soon!

Be careful rope bridge slopes & beginning is slick has some non skid strips but wore out needs more only a few. They not liable for accidents supposedly per sign posted Tennessee state law. Also they ask you to step off chair lift at top without it stopping be prepared.

Visited on Saturday (02/01/2020), They have most areas blocked off and it was a mess, my toddler was ready to leave 10 minutes after getting their. The stuff they do have is mostly for older children, not under 6 years old or under a certain size. Me nor the spouse was interested in anything up their. It definitely was not worth the $70 dollars that we paid. I don't recommend it for family’s or anyone with smaller children! We will most likely not be going back or telling anyone else to visit.

Not what we expected. Not much to do, considering we are two adults. We were mostly attracted to the "longest bridge in the United States" but it is not continuous and is not high off the ground so there are no views. Nice bridge and all, and the whole place is new, but it's misleading. We got blue bell ice cream cones and a drink after riding the small self brake roller coaster. Otherwise, the chair lift that brings you up the mountain is more fun.

Everything was closed and the only thing opened cost the same price as admission. This is a awful place and would highly recommend going else where. They should have stayed closed for a few more days and fixed everything before charging for a not even half open park.

Cannot say enough times how amazing this place is!!! Beautiful views, beautiful ride, beautiful everything! I absolutely love Blue Bell, and was so happy to see it there and of course that was the first place I went 😂 the people who work there are very kindhearted people who don’t hesitate to help. I absolutely loved the photographer, he was absolutely hilarious and knew how to put people in a good mood! I recommend this to ANYONE who visits Gatlinburg! Don’t leave Gatlinburg without visiting this place!!

Very enticing advertising for this place. Not much to do for adults on the top of the mountain besides spend money shopping or eating. The best pet are the views but I guess that is what you are paying for. Also beware of the weather because it is ridiculously hot in the warmer months and there isn’t much shade, or any misting fans for you to cool off. Most of the people we met were just complaining about how it is a huge waste of money. A lot of the attractions that are up here aren’t open but you would figure they would have people making repairs since this is a tourist destination; but there is just golf carts and tools sitting around. Hopefully they figure it out soon, so much potential for this place. Their direct competitor is a WAY better option if you are looking to spend a few hours somewhere.

This place was a great experience for the price. The lift is smooth and clean with great views of the town and mountains. Once at top the views are breathtaking which makes for awesome pictures. We purchased our tickets at the window and used the military discount. The wait time for the lift wasn't too bad and moved pretty quickly. The only thing for free at the top was the tree bridges that my family and I enjoyed. It was fun walking from tree to tree across the wooden bridges!! Food and drinks are available, but are a bit pricey. (What you would expect from a tourist attraction) The only complaint I have is the amount to restrooms at the top...not enough for the amount of people. Plan you restroom use accordingly if planning to stay at the top for awhile.

Very disappointing, nothing to do once you got up there unlike what they advertise it to seem. You have to pay extra for the 2 things there is to do (zip lining & coaster) which is ridiculous bc it says the price was all inclusive yet it included nothing. Was very dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.

Visited today with wife and 4 kids. It's just not worth the price. Underwhelming views. You must pay $70 to go to the top of a hill to do more shopping and more money needed once up there. The construction is a mess and the air quality is very poor. Avoid this place until they get all of it operational. Their website is very enticing. We asked for a manager to be told there wasnt one. Interesting to say the least. I wanted to enjoy the place and leave a positive review as I love doing positive reviews, but at this place I just can't.
