Pax Wholesome Foods

Pretty cool spot to grab something hot or cold to eat. They have healthy stuff. Staff can be very rude at times they have there moments. Need a key to access bathroom. Employees tend to clean while you are eating. Very annoying especially when they use bleach to mop floors.

Today as I went into PAX, the service was horrible the guy stood there un responsive to what was happening around him... he was the manager... (Short and Fat)... The girl did not know how to ring up a order period....

Lots of different foods to pick from but heavily overpriced. Probably better places for lunch in New York.

Pasta al dento. Awesome, salads, fresh fruit and juice. Incredible experience in the hart of NYC. Good people, good place and low prices.

First off , I gotta say the management is VERY POOR the managers are both brothers they run Pax and they aren't so friendly . The women who work behind the counter are nice like Mary and some other ladies . They give a horrible discount for college students 10%? Yet , completely over priced for a tomato and mozzarella sandwich $9.51 and with student discount it's $9.45 😂 Second off be prepared for the cooks expecting you to know what you wanna order even if your looking at things to eat they overpower your choice . Spend your money on nice restaurant PAX is expensive for people who aren't white collared , it's not fair .

Good customer service. A little pricey, but nice food options. Salad Bar, pasta, sandwiches, pizza. Great lunch spot.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! I'M FORCED TO GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR AS THERE IS NO LOWER RATING. THE MAN WHO RUNS THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUDE. BESIDES CHARGING ME 130$ FOR 15 PASTRIES, WHEN RETURNING FOR MY CREDIT (WHICH WAS AGREED UPON) I WAS IGNORED , YELLED AT (HE REPEATEDLY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT) AND BASICALLY HAD TO FIGHT FOR MY MONEY. LETS NOT FORGET THE FACT THAT I AM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT AND DID NOTHING TO DESERVE SUCH TREATMENT. STICK TO THE PAX ON 36TH STREET , I'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM AND ALWAYS AIM TO PLEASE.

Good selection of good wholesome food. Good service, for the amount of people in the store.

Ordered a simple bacon and cheese. I asked for the roll to be toasted and they said "Too late. I already put it in the roll. How do you want me to toast it..." LOL $6 bacon egg and cheese + a great attitude in the morning for you.Never going here.

Staff is highly ignorant and has no respect for the customer. They couldn't get my order right for Egg Bacon & Cheese! (Is this NYC or what?) I got a sad looking, with some egg yolk dripping, slice of cheese thrown on top bagel, no not even properly cooked, and It obviously took too much effort to remember the bacon. Worse, that poor guy wouldn't even own up to it trying to convince me I asked for Egg&Cheese bagel. Forget about it. I recommend corner deli two blocks down for much better service and food 24/7.

Good spot to have a coffee meeting. Very relaxed and cheap.

A decent place for a quick lunch across from Bryant Park. Food was good, prices reasonable for that area. We did not have the service problems some others had, were there right at noon on a Thursday.

I got a quesadilla here. Place didn’t look too great. I was approached by a beggar and it seems the food had been out for a while. There were hard pieces in the food that hurt while biting down.
