We had such an amazing experience here. The owner, Paulo was so friendly and encouraged us and our kids to try multiple flavors before making a selection. There were great options for gelato and he let our son split his order between two flavors. The gelato is freshly made and only has natural ingredients without artificial additives. There is a cute little outdoor courtyard with tables to enjoy your gelato. Highly recommend!!

Amazing gelato. The closest thing to authentic Italian gelato. They also have free parking in the back. The pistachio flavor is a 10/10

Paulo and Andre were there- both so fabulous and gave us lots of samples!! The hardest part was choosing which flavors we wanted. The chocolate was my fave! Super cute and giving us European vibes- so happy we found it! Get on over for a double scoop!

Fantastic gelato, natural and so flavorful. I enjoyed the vegan pistachio and my husband got the regular pistachio. Such good pistachio nutty flavor! They let us sample other flavors and they were so fresh. It's a small batch shop and you can taste the care they put into their gelato. We will be back to try more!

Refreshing gelato but on the pricier side.

Recently moved to River West and wanted to try out Paulo for some Gelato - the quality, amount of options, and overall taste was nothing short of spectacular. There is a nice little outdoor dining area for summer nights. We had the cookies 'n cream, trio, and chocolate strawberry (which, along with other options, was vegan). Chef Pawel was very kind and gave us great customer service. We will absolutely be back!

Tiny place (for now). Amazing flavors created from actual fresh food (thank you) by a competitive and winning gelato maker....I'm in. Then there's the cute little patio out the door. But can't beat location...Chicago Ave Blue line stop. Perfect. Right next to the stairs. Yum.

This place is such a gem! Paolo took the time to explain the flavors and gave us great info on the cacao and where it comes from. He has his own blend of chocolate! The flavors were amazing and I cannot stop thinking about the pistachio and chocolate! This place is quality!

Not the easiest ice cream shop to get to. It’s near multiple cross sections. The shop itself is pretty small with no indoor seating, but there is an outdoor seating area. They let you try samples of their gelato. I liked the Nutella flavor, it basically tasted like a ferrero rocher. This gelato place wasn’t my cup of tea, but if you like really heavy chocolate, peanut, and caramel flavors you would probably enjoy it. I like lighter gelato flavors and usually lean more towards fruit flavors. The texture of the gelato was a bit too thick and smooth for me, almost had the texture of butter with how fatty it tasted. Service was friendly and quick.
