Stopped in out of curiosity. Wanted to check out the desserts. Cute setup with the restaurant adjoining the cafe. The cookies and muffin I tried were really good.

Great American Restaurants does it again, each place offering great food, excellent drinks, amazing rolls (let’s be honest that’s what you come back for) but above all else warm and hospitable staff. Patsy’s is no exception. Yes that is Patsy in the picture! Try the new take on an Old Fashioned. The bar in the back, with an eclectic style, and a wide selection of draft beers and whiskeys, is open to 2AM on Fridays and Saturdays. We will be back. I think we found a new favorite place in Tyson’s / Vienna / McLean.

Service was excellent; rolls were tasty & my BBQ burger with sweet potato fries [they were hot! when delivered to the table] was cooked as requested. Our party of 4 also had a filet, steak & another burger with mashed potatoes. Definitely will go back! Reasonably priced!!
