Amazing food 😍

Only giving 3 stars because the food is really good.But it took me 1h30min to have my meal... awful to be standing waiting on a line for your food. And it was a Sunday night. No excuses.

Stressful to carry food, drinks etc. While trying to find the next long queue to attend in.Pasta was rubbery and undercooked after 40 minutes of queuing (weekday at 17.30) with a sauce that had way too much pepper. The Pizza had cheese that looked and tasted like plastic and we couldn't eat together because of the different waiting times in the queue. The ice tea was decent though and at least we didn't pay too much for the awful food

Waiting time is really long unfortunately, but the food is good.

Great food in good prices. Fresh ingredients and it's so busy that you don't need to worry about their freshness. Smart self service. I only give it 4 stars because at the end of the day it's just pizza and pasta!

Ridiculous queueing, after waiting for 1 hr we left. Toilet facilities dirty. No pizza or salad available. Extremely rude staff. Absolutely nothing like the ones that we had been to in Germany.

Vapiano is always my go to place for good Italian food outside Italy ofcourse! Good service. Be prepared to expect a lot of customers considering it is a place in Amsterdam which will attract hungry tourists. Enough seating area to manage so many people. Good food and fast service!

It was a mediocre experience for me. Maybe I had great expectations... Italian food with no one Italian as a chef... The pizza was good enough...the pasta we tasted weren't...they were supposed to have gorgonzola but we couldn't understand it at all

Vapiano is a well known chain of restaurants in the Netherlands. The concept of food preparation in front of the customer is unique and in my opinion fantastic! Food quality is very high, quantity per dish sufficient for an average person, and dishes very tasty! Forme it's a fantastic option if you are looking for Italian food. The only drawback is the big que line that can cause a huge delay to get dinner! Highly recommended!

Huge place but don't bother! Waited over an hour in line for pasta (which was only average) and had the worst aperol spritz ever. There's 100's of other food options around that would be much better

I love the concept of watching someone cook in front of me. The pasta were delicious as usual and it was worth the wait 😉

I really liked this restaurant in London and wanted to check it in Amsterdam too. It’s much better in London, looks more fancy and works better, the line was really long in that one and we waited forever to order because they only opened 2 stations. The food though, was really good. We took two pasta dishes, one was the Fungi and the other was Reef a beef. They were delicious😌because it was very messy to order, and looked like a fast food restaurant, I only rank the place ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pasta was too salty to eat, but we had to wait half an hour to get our food, so we didn't want to go through this again. Very full and busy
