Pat's Philly Pretzels

I am absolutely so infuriated I called After placing an order on door dash to ensure that they had got it the gentleman that answered his phone today talk to me like I was some lethargic person because he was not knowledgeable about his company he works for utilizing DoorDash for deliveries he talk to me as if though I was stupid and disrespectful and did nothing to try to make a call to see if what I was saying was correct I even called back a second time to ask him if he could call somebody because this company clearly is listed on DoorDash and once again he is shored me through the way he treated me that I am on lethargic idiot unbelievable. .

The pretzels are fantastic but the staff is frequently rude and the place looks untidy. Flour salt and papers everywhere. The Fishers location had a fantastic staff and a welcoming environment. Too bad it closed. I was a frequent special order customer from this business but after several examples of rude or lackadaisical service I will think twice about coming back. I have been going to Ben's in Meijer since.
